A battery module as provided includes a battery, a wiring harness board, a circuit board, a compressing piece and a temperature acquisition assembly. The battery includes a top cover. The wiring harness board is arranged on an outer side of the top of the top cover. The circuit board is arranged on a side, away from the battery, of the wiring harness board. The compressing piece is mounted on the wiring harness board. The temperature acquisition assembly includes a thermistor, and the thermistor is electrically connected to the circuit board. The compressing piece compresses the thermistor of the temperature acquisition assembly, so that the thermistor compresses the top cover. The temperature acquisition assembly acquires a temperature of the top cover of the battery, with a short temperature transfer path and rapid temperature transfer response.

The present application relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, in particular to a battery module, a battery pack, and an apparatus using a battery cell as a power supply, the battery module comprising: a plurality of battery cells, stacked along a length direction; a cover plate, located at an end portion of the battery cells along a height direction; and a wire harness isolation plate assembly, located between the cover plate and the battery cells along the height direction, where the cover plate is plug-connected to the wire harness isolation plate assembly. The solutions of the present application helps to increase energy density of the battery module through reducing the thickness of the cover plate and the wire harness isolation plate assembly while simultaneously improving the connecting reliability of the cover plate and the wire harness isolation plate assembly.

Battery module, battery pack, and apparatus using battery cell as power supply

The present application relates to a battery module including: multiple battery units, the battery units being arranged side by side along a length direction of the battery module, the battery unit including a top cover; a circuit board, arranged above the top cover in a height direction, the circuit board being provided with a temperature collection circuit; a heat-conducting element, a first end of the heat-conducting element being connected to the circuit board, and at least part of the heat-conducting element being in contact with the top cover; and a temperature detection component, arranged on the heat-conducting element and signal-connected to the temperature collection circuit.

Battery module and apparatus

This application provides a battery module, including: a plurality of batteries, arranged sequentially along a thickness direction of the battery module; side plates, disposed on two opposite ends of the plurality of batteries in a width direction of the battery module; and a composite pad, disposed between two corresponding adjacent batteries along the thickness direction. The composite pad includes a cushion material sheet and a connecting strip disposed around the cushion material sheet. A first bulge is disposed on the connecting strip. A first via hole is disposed on each side plate. The first via hole corresponds to the first bulge. Battery module and device

This application relates to the battery field, and discloses a battery module and an electric vehicle using the battery module. The battery module includes a battery, a plugging member, and a temperature collection assembly. The battery includes a housing and a cover plate connected to the housing, where the cover plate is provided with a temperature collection hole. The plugging member includes an insertion portion that is installed in the temperature collection hole, and the insertion portion is provided with an accommodating cavity extending into an interior of the housing. The temperature collection assembly includes a temperature collection portion installed inside the accommodating cavity. According to this application, the temperature collection assembly collects a temperature inside the housing via the plugging member in the temperature collection hole. In this way, temperature collection is more accurate, a thermal conductive path is short, and a temperature collection response speed is fast.

Battery module and vehicle

This application provides a battery module. The battery module includes: a plurality of batteries, arranged sequentially along a thickness direction of the battery module, where a gap exists between every two adjacent batteries; and a first side plate, disposed on one side of the plurality of batteries in a width direction of the battery module. A plurality of notches and a plurality of flanges are formed on the first side plate. Each notch corresponds to a location of the gap between every two adjacent batteries. Each flange bends from one side of a corresponding notch and extends into the corresponding gap between the two adjacent batteries to separate the two adjacent batteries.

The present application discloses a battery module and an apparatus, which relates to the field of battery technology and is used for optimizing the structure of the battery module. The battery module includes a battery, a connecting piece, a wire harness board and a temperature collecting component. The battery includes an electrode terminal and a top cover. The connecting piece is fixed with the electrode terminal; the wire harness plate is arranged on the top outside of the top cover, and is provided with an installation part and an elastic pressing part. The temperature collecting component is installed in the installation part and is located between the wire harness plate and the top cover. Among them, the elastic pressing part abuts against the connecting piece, and the temperature collecting component abuts against the top cover.

The disclosure relates to a composite end plate and a battery module. The composite end plate comprises an end plate body and a rigid connecting plate. The end plate body comprises a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to each other in its thickness direction, a first connecting segment, an intermediate transitional segment and a second connecting segment disposed successively in its width direction. The rigid connecting plate and the end plate body are made of different materials. The rigid connecting plate is disposed at the intermediate transitional segment, and comprises a transferring segment and a connecting arm embedded into the intermediate transitional segment such that the rigid connecting plate and the end plate body are fixedly connected. The transferring segment is located at the second surface. The present disclosure relates to a composite end plate and a battery module. The composite end plate comprises a rigid substrate, which has a first surface and a second surface that are opposite in a thickness direction of the rigid substrate, the first surface is disposed facing batteries; a rigid connecting plate, which comprises a connecting portion and a hook portion that is bent toward the connecting portion, the hook portion is embedded in the rigid substrate to connect the rigid connecting plate to the rigid substrate, the connecting portion is located on the second surface for connecting and fixing with an external structural member, and a material of the rigid connecting plate is different from that of the rigid substrate. The composite end plate according to the present disclosure can improve the structural strength of the battery module.

The disclosure relates to a battery module. The battery module comprises: a first end plate, a plurality of batteries and a second end plate successively arranged in a direction, wherein the battery comprises a top cover; a connecting component, wherein the first end plate is fixedly connected to the second end plate through the connecting component; and a pulling component comprising a first connecting segment, an intermediate segment and a second connecting segment successively arranged, wherein the first connecting segment is fixedly connected to the first end plate, the intermediate segment is disposed facing the top cover, and the second connecting segment is fixedly connected to the second end plate, and wherein the pulling component can tighten the first end plate and the second end plate in an arrangement direction of the batteries to compress the batteries along with the first end plate and the second end plate.

The disclosure relates to a composite end plate and a battery module. The composite end plate comprises: a base plate comprising a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to each other, wherein the base plate is arranged such that the first surface faces a battery; and a rigid insert, wherein the rigid insert and the base plate are made of different materials, the rigid insert is made of metal material, the rigid insert is arranged at a bottom portion of the base plate, and at least a part of the rigid insert is arranged at the second surface and extends in a length direction of the second surface. The present disclosure relates to a composite end plate for a battery module, comprising: a rigid substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a thickness direction of the rigid substrate, wherein the first surface can be provided to face a battery of the battery module, and the rigid substrate comprises two ends opposite to each other in a width direction of the rigid substrate; and a rigid connecting cylinder extending along a height direction of the rigid substrate and made of different material from that of the rigid substrate, wherein two ends of the rigid substrate are connected and fixed to two respective rigid connecting cylinders, and a portion of the rigid connecting cylinder exposed at a side where the second surface is located is connected and fixed to an external structural member.

The present application relates to a battery module and an end plate of the battery module. The end plate includes a body and connecting plates connected to edges of the body. The body has a different material from that of the connecting plate. The connecting plates extend along a height direction of the battery module. The body is fixedly connected to side plates of the battery module through the connecting plates. When the end plate is designed, the body can utilize a lower density material, so that the thickness of the body can be appropriately increased, which enables the case of the battery module to be not easily deformed due to the battery's expansion force. Further, the connecting plate can employ a material capable of improving the weld strength between the end plates and the side plates.

The end plate of a battery module includes a main body and an energy absorbing body, the energy absorbing body includes an acting portion and a connecting portion, the acting portion protrudes in a direction from the main body toward a battery, and the acting portion is connected with the main body through the connecting portion. After the battery module is assembled, if the battery of the battery module expands and applies an expansion force to the end plate, then the energy absorbing body will deform elastically, so as to absorb the expansion force of the battery. Therefore, the end plate can prevent the housing of the battery module from failure, so as to improve structural strength of the battery module.
