The present invention relates to a hygienization generator system and method for producing customized disinfection solutions by combining aqueous ozone and alkaline water. Hygienization generator for integrated aqueous ozone and alkaline water production

The present invention relates to a modular ozone-based disinfection system and method for treating air using configurable components tailored to specific applications. The system includes a purification configuration with an air circulation subsystem and an electrolytic ozone generator supplied by a tank configuration, which may comprise a fixed tank or a replaceable water cartridge. The generated ozone is mixed with airflow to create an oxidizing environment and is subsequently passed across a titanium dioxide-coated surface to reduce ozone levels before discharge. Optional modules include a dehumidifier configuration for extracting ambient moisture and a source water configuration for continuous supply. An aqua-ozone hygienization system enables hygienization of items through selectable treatment modes: atomized mist for non-wetting deodorization, spray for wetting disinfection, and immersion for purifying, deodorizing, and disinfecting. The system includes a tank with a platform configured to support items and form a water reservoir below. An electrochemical generator produces ozonated concentrate liquid, while a circulating pump delivers the liquid to a switchable nozzle, enabling misting or spraying. The platform may be stationary or retractable, facilitating immersion by accumulating liquid above the platform or lowering items into the reservoir. Egress ports manage liquid flow, ensuring proper drainage post-treatment. Integrated sensors monitor liquid levels and ozone concentration, while a control system automates operations, offering precise treatment customization. Aqua-ozone hygienization

An aqua-ozone hygienization system is disclosed, including a tank configured to hold an item for treatment. The system enables user selection between three hygienization methods: a non-wetting atomized mist for deodorization, a wetting spray for disinfection, or an immersion for comprehensive purification, deodorization, and disinfection. A platform within the tank forms a water reservoir beneath it and provides a top surface for item placement. The system includes an electrochemical generator that produces ozonated concentrate liquid from water, supplied by a circulating pump drawing from the reservoir. A nozzle connected to the electrochemical generator is switchable between dispensing the ozonated concentrate liquid as either an atomized mist or spray. During operation, the liquid is either misted or sprayed onto the item, or accumulates on the platform to immerse the item, depending on the selected treatment method.

The present invention relates to a system and method of deodorizing air using aqueous ozone as a catalyst. Water is delivered to an electrochemical ozone generator which forms aqueous ozone gas, oxygen gas, and hydrogen gas. The first treatment stage oxidizes airflow extracted from a surrounding environment by combining the airflow with the aqueous ozone gas, oxygen, and hydrogen forming an oxidized airflow. A second stage deodorizes the oxidized airflow to form a deodorized airflow with hydroxide molecules that are created by combining the oxidized airflow with ultraviolet light, titanium oxide particles, and sintered columnar manganese dioxide particles. Residual aqueous ozone gas is converted to oxygen by interaction with the titanium oxide particles and the sintered columnar manganese dioxide particles. The deodorized airflow is vented back to the surrounding environment with ozone gas at or below the human-safe permissible level.

Deodorizing air using aqueous ozone as a catalyst

A disinfection system device for producing ozone water directly in a water pipe system contains an electrolytic tap water ozonation generator and holder. The electrolytic tap water ozonation generator includes at least one anode sheet and at least one cathode sheet. The holder includes a base, and the base has a locking portion, an inflow orifice, an outflow orifice, a connection interface, and a damping valve. A flow switch is mounted above the base and has an intake, and a discharge orifice of the flow switch is communicated with the outflow orifice. A top of the base is connected with one of two lids, the other lid is connected with the first socket and a second socket, and the other lid accommodates a control panel. The number of the anode sheet(s) is n which is a natural number and n&#x2265;1. The number of the cathode sheets is n+1.
