Systems and methods for displaying a visualizable results list in response to an electronic search request are disclosed. A method includes accessing metadata for each of a plurality of search results that result from a search query, annotating one or more locations in each search result with first and second indicators for each of one or more grouped search terms in first and second units based on the metadata, and displaying a visualizable results list that includes the plurality of search results and a corresponding hit pattern for each search result. The hit pattern includes the first indicator and the second indicator.

Systems and methods for displaying a visualizable results list are disclosed. A method includes receiving, by a processing device, a search query including a plurality of search terms, grouping, by the processing device, the search terms into a plurality of units, where each unit includes a related one or more of the search terms, accessing, by the processing device, metadata for each document in a plurality of search results that corresponds to the search query, annotating, by the processing device, one or more locations in each document with a first indicator for each of the search terms in a first unit and a second indicator for each of the search terms in a second unit based on the metadata, and displaying, by the processing device, a visualizable results list comprising the search results with the first indicator and the second indicator.

Systems and methods for generating a two-dimensional graphical grid representation of the treatment of a document are disclosed. A method includes receiving a request to generate the two-dimensional graphical grid representation of the treatment of the document with respect to at least one variable. In response to the received request, the method further includes retrieving, by a computer, treatment information associated with the document with respect to the at least one variable from a database. The method further includes generating a message containing the retrieved treatment information of the document with respect to the at least one variable, transmitting the generated message, and providing for display the two-dimensional graphical grid representation of the treatment of the document with respect to the at least one variable based on the transmitted message.

Systems and methods for providing a validation tool may be configured to identify a plurality of words within a document, the document being provided in a first window within a user interface. Additionally, the systems and methods may be configured to determine, from a predetermined list that includes terms of interest, whether the words are matching words with terms of interest. The systems and methods may, in response to determining that the plurality of words are matching words with the terms of interest, highlight matching words in a document and access pieces of related data for matching words.
