In some implementations, one or more servers can receive display data specifying a display state of a web page in a viewport. The web page includes a content item. Display instances are identified. A display instance is a display of at least a portion of the content item in the viewport. Selection instances of the content item are identified. A selection instance is a selection of the content item. The server(s) determines whether a selection of the content item occurred during a display of at least a portion of the content item in the viewport based on the display instances and the selection instances. A selection of the content is defined as an illegitimate selection if the selection did not occur during a display of at least a portion of the content item in the viewport.

The disclosure provides various embodiments of systems, methods, and software for supporting server-side product catalogs. Software for managing ad serving may comprise computer readable instructions embodied on media and be operable to identify a logically local directed graph representing a logically remote network property associated with a publisher. The network property is associated with at least one product catalog representing a package of network ad slots. The software may then generate an ad service flight plan for serving various ones of a plurality of ads associated with a first of the network ad slots using an iterative solution on the directed graph.

A method, system and computer program product for enabling completion of purchase transactions by retrieving purchase card information from an electronic database of consumer cards and applying the appropriate card to the transaction. During registration with the central card authority, a client classifies key/important factors to consider when performing purchases. The central card authority is accessed by the client during purchases from a retail facility and/or other purchasing environment. The central card authority automatically selects the best card to utilize during a purchase, after weighing the important purchasing factors related to the credit, debit, phone, and discount cards registered with the central card authority.

One method provides an enhanced ordering of ranked documents, in which one or more lists of documents that have been published in a web feed, a time that each document was published in the web feed, and a content-based ranking of a ranked subset of the documents are obtained, the documents collectively including ranked documents which are members of the ranked subset of the documents, and unranked documents which are not members of the ranked subset of the documents. In one aspect, the present invention automatically locates and segments an item identifier from an image caught by a digital camera and provides image information related to the item identifier for processing.
