Aspects described herein may allow for the generation of a message to be sent to an intended recipient of a request for a communication session prior the initiation of the communication session. The system may monitor applications and associated devices to determine the initiation of the communication session. Based on such a determination, the system may generate a message to be presented to a communication initiating user and to be sent to an intended recipient of the communication session. The system may determine data for the message based on an analysis of the data associated with the communication initiating user, and the system may apply a machine learning model to generate draft messages for the user. Messages may be generated to authenticate a user with an intended recipient of the communication session.

Message authenticated communication sessions

The exemplary embodiments described herein overcome problems encountered by conventional systems by providing an authenticated messaging environment in which a user can securely message with a programmatic intelligent agent. The user may be authenticated at the prompting of the programmatic intelligent agent, such as the beginning of a messaging session or when the user submits a request that requires access to sensitive or confidential information or requires access to a secure account. The prompt may take the form of a message sent from the programmatic intelligent agent. The message may contain a link for launching code, such as an application, that facilitates authentication of the user's identity. The user may activate the link to launch the code and then perform the steps requested by the code to perform the authentication.

Systems and methods for authentication may include an authentication server. The authentication server may include a processor and a memory. The processor may be configured to receive a cryptogram associated with a first near field communication data exchange format (NDEF) read. The processor may be configured to perform a first factor authentication of the cryptogram. The processor may be configured to receive a first data set, wherein the first data set is associated with a second NDEF read. The processor may be configured to extract metadata from the first data set. The processor may be configured to perform, after the first factor authentication, a second factor authentication based on the metadata. The processor may be configured to generate a message indicative of an outcome of the second factor authentication. The processor may be configured to transmit the message that instructs the processor to effectuate one or more actions.

Systems and methods for near field contactless card communication and cryptographic authentication

A system includes a plurality of capturing devices and a plurality of displaying devices. The capturing devices and the displaying devices can be communicatively connected to a server. The server can receive captured data from the capturing devices and transform the data into a digitized format. At least one of the capturing devices can record a video during a meeting and the capturing device can transmit the captured video to the server as a video feed. The video feed can show an area that includes handwritten text, e.g., a whiteboard. The server can receive the video feed from the capturing device and perform various processes on the video. For example, the server can perform a voice recognition, text recognition, handwriting recognition, face recognition and/or object recognition technique on the captured video.

System and method for augmented reality video conferencing

Embodiments disclosed herein generally related to a method and system for customizing a customer experience. In one embodiment, a method is provided herein. A computing system receives from a computing device positioned in a facility one or more video streams. The one or more video streams capture a customer in the facility. The computing system identifying an identity of the customer by parsing the one or more video streams to identify one or more audio or visual cues of the customer. The computing system determines, based on the identity of the customer, that the customer has one or more previous transactions at the facility. The computing system predicts, based on the one or more previous transactions, a new transaction at the facility. The computing system notifies the computing device positioned in the facility in preparation of the new transaction.

Method and system for customizing user experience

Various embodiments described herein are directed towards authenticating calls by using one or more keys associated with a specific user. In examples, the user is the sender of a call. In various embodiments, when a call is made, an identifying payload is encrypted using a private key associated with the user. The encrypted identifying payload is appended to the call data stream. The identifying payload may be decrypted with a public key. In embodiments, the identifying payload may be verified. In various embodiments, further authentication methods may be performed by using an object such as a contactless card to provide one or more components of the identifying payload and/or keys. In embodiments, a connection may be made between the sender and the intended recipient of a call based on the verification of the identifying payload.

Techniques for call authentication

A user may view a device with augmented reality glasses which may have a camera that views and collects data on the screen of the user device. When the user desires to access an account for which multifactor authentication is required, a one-time password may be sent to the user. The glasses may recognize the one-time password and determine if the one-time password originated from the user device. If the glasses verify that the one-time password originated from the user based on context of the user device display or the geographic locations of the devices, then the glasses will send the password to the service associated with the one-time password. The glasses may send the password back to the user device, send it to an intermediate server, or send it directly to the server associated with the service that provided the one-time password.

Capturing and sending one-time passwords using augmented reality glasses

In certain embodiments, nuance-based augmentation of gesture may be facilitated. In some embodiments, a video stream depicting sign language gestures of an individual may be obtained via a wearable device associated with a user. A textual translation of the sign language gestures in the video stream may be determined. Emphasis information related to the sign language gestures may be identified based on an intensity of the sign language gestures. One or more display characteristics may be determined based on the emphasis information. The textual translation may be caused to be displayed to the user via the wearable device according to the one or more display characteristics. In some embodiments, a unique voice profile for the individual may be determined. A spoken translation of the sign language gestures may be generated according to the textual translation, the unique voice profile, and the emphasis information.

The processor may receive transaction information and entity information for a plurality of entities and may generate a first model based on the transaction information, the entity information, and information identifying an event, a theme, or a transaction parameter. The processor may process, using the first model, the transaction information and the entity information to identify a set of related entities and a type of relationship associated with the set of related entities. The processor may determine, using a second model, one or more modifications to a first set of accounts and a second set of accounts associated with the first and second entities based on the type of relationship and may perform one or more actions based on the one or more modifications.
