A polyp removal device includes an outer tubular body; an inner tubular body; a tubular cutter coupled to or formed as part of the distal end of the inner tubular body; a spring positioned to bias the inner tubular body in an extended direction with respect to the outer tubular body; a handle coupled to the proximal end of the outer tubular body; an actuation member movably coupled to the handle; and a disconnect mechanism for selectively coupling the actuation member to the inner tubular body and decoupling the actuation member from the inner tubular body, the disconnect mechanism is configured to automatically decouple the inner tubular body from the actuation member when the actuation member is moved in a first direction for a distance greater than a predetermined distance.

Polypectomy systems, devices, and methods

In one embodiment, a device for measuring a length of a bone tunnel is provided. The device includes: a gauge comprising an annular shaft coupled to a handle, the handle including a constrained channel configured for receiving a passing pin from the annular shaft and displaying the passing pin in relation to a scale. In another embodiment, a method for measuring length of the bone tunnel is provided. A method and another device are provided.

Tunnel gage

An anatomic femoral guide positions bone tunnels corresponding to the AM and PL bundles in ACL repair and reconstruction procedures. A template guide disposed in a surgical field proximate to a surgical member such as a femur or tibia defines a surgical footprint of the resulting bone tunnel. The template includes apertures corresponding to the size of the bone tunnels for the respective (AM or PL) bundles, and allows positioning at the drilling site to identify the size and location of the bone tunnel, as well as the relative distance between tunnels for double bundle procedures. An offset angle in the template provides differing orientations of the template apertures for visualizing the actual bone tunnel placement. The template has an aperture positionable parallel to a tibial plateau formation on the tibia, and the template orients a second aperture angled by the offset angle for positioning the second tunnel.

Anatomic femoral guide

A polyp removal device comprises an outer tubular body; an inner tubular body being movable with respect to the outer tubular body; a handle; an actuation member configured to cause movement of the inner tubular body with respect to the outer tubular body when the actuation member is moved with respect to the handle; a vacuum port for coupling thereto of a vacuum source; and an opening near a distal end of the polyp removal device, the opening configured to allow fluid communication between an environment external to the polyp removal device and the lumen of the inner tubular body, wherein a size of the opening is variable based on the movement of the inner tubular body with respect to the outer tubular body.

The present disclosure relates to a surgical aimer including a shaft having a proximal portion and a distal portion and a handle coupled to the proximal portion of the shaft. The handle includes a mechanism for coupling the shaft to the handle and releasing the shaft from the handle.

Surgical aimer

The present disclosure relates to a needle for attaching a fixator to a soft tissue graft. The needle includes a pointed distal end and a proximal end, the proximal end including a suture coupler, the suture coupler including a hook and a pocket formed by the hook, wherein the needle is curved along an entire length of the needle. A fixator for use with the needle and method of fixating a soft tissue graft to a bone is also disclosed.

Tissue fixator

The present disclosure relates to a soft tissue graft anchor. The anchor includes a plurality of prongs, each prong including a distal end and a proximal end, wherein the prongs are coupled at their distal ends to form an inner cavity having an opening, at least one of the prongs including a fin, the fin extending perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the prong and including a pointed end. A tissue graft anchor assembly, a method for tissue repair, and instrumentation for use therewith are also disclosed.

Surgical instruments and methods are provided. In one aspect, a method of securing a fixation device within an opening in a tissue is provided, including delivering a material in a flowable state to said opening, and changing the state of the material so that the material forms an interference fit that secures the fixation device in the opening.
