A tube cleaning apparatus for cleaning a CPAP hose or other hose including a trough for receiving a tube therein, the trough curving downwardly from an apex to an engagement mechanism associated with each opposite end portion of the trough for hanging the hose therefrom, the opposite end portion of the hose being engageable with the engagement mechanism for allowing the hose to soak with a cleaning solution therein, and the hose being receivable within the trough with its opposite end portions extending downwardly from the apex for drying purposes.

A continuous positive airway pressure ('CPAP') mask is provided. The CPAP mask includes a mask support that includes a cavity provided within the mask support. The CPAP mask further includes a mask cushion that is received within the cavity. The mask cushion and the mask support each include an opening. Air can pass from an air delivery tube through the openings and into the mask cushion. The mask cushion can be placed around a patient's breathing orifice to deliver the air to the patient. The CPAP mask further includes a forehead support that is spaced apart form the mask support. A neck portion attaches the forehead support to the mask support. The neck portion is flexible and is molded to both the mask support and the forehead support. The flexible neck portion allows the mask support to move with respect to the forehead support.

A method of manufacturing flow selector disk for a fluid pressure regulator, including the steps of providing a plate having a first face and a second face, and forming at least one baseline orifice in the plate including a first diameter portion adjacent the first face and a second diameter portion adjacent the second face. The first and second diameter portions are spaced a distance from each other to form an annular ring therebetween. A central flow portion is formed through the baseline orifice that is in fluid communication with both of the first and second diameter portions. The central flow portion has a relatively smaller diameter than either of the first and second diameter portions. The method also includes the step of plastically deforming a portion of the annular ring adjacent the central flow portion to thereby reduce the diameter of the central flow portion.

Method of manufacturing flow selector disk for fluid pressure regulator

A nasal lavage device includes a source of saline solution, an effluent receptacle, and a nasal interface for engaging the nostrils of a user of the device. A fluid passageway is disposed to communicate the source of saline solution with the effluent receptacle through the nasal cavity of the user. The nasal interface and fluid passageways are included within a removable cartridge for communicating the saline relative to the nostrils in a first direction. A second cartridge can be inserted to communicate the flow in a second direction. The interface includes nasal pillows that form a seal against the user's nostrils.

An enteral feeding clamp that secures a feeding adapter in relative position to a feeding device. The clamp includes C-shaped members integrally connected by one or more elastic webs. It also includes an elongated elastic band corresponding to each C-shaped member. The band has proximal and distal ends, and is integrally connected to the corresponding C-shaped member at its proximal end. Each of the elongated elastic bands has an enlarged head integrally formed at its distal end. A groove and receptacle are provided on the outer surface of each of the C-shaped members wherein the elastic band can be extended around the feeding adapter or feeding device, be placed in the groove, and have the head placed in the receptacle to secure the clamp in position. A method of using the feeding clamp is also provided.

A surgical stay including a hook, a handle and an elastomeric band. The hook has a tissue engaging portion and is retained by the handle such that the tissue engaging portion extends from a first end of the handle. A handle end of the band is retained by a second end of the handle. The band has a longitudinal body and at least one hub disposed around the body. The hub has a generally flat engagement surface facing the handle.
