An access network can allocate a bearer for a network service associated with a quality-of-service (QoS) value (QV) and a retention-priority value (RPV), and determine a bearer ID for the service based on the QV, the RPV, and a supplemental priority value (SPV) different from the QV and from the RPV. Upon handover of a terminal, session(s) carried by a bearer allocated by the terminal can be terminated. That bearer can be selected using IDs of the bearers and a comparison function that, given two bearer IDs, determines which respective bearer should be terminated before the other. Upon handover of a terminal to an access network supporting fewer bearers per terminal than the terminal has allocated, a network node can select a bearer based on respective QVs and RPVs of a set of allocated bearers. The network node can deallocate the selected bearer.

A method and an apparatus for selectively applying correction to a process control. Manufacturing data relating to the processing of a workpiece is acquired. The manufacturing data includes metrology data relating to the processed workpiece. An adjustment for at least a first or a second control input parameter is determined based upon the manufacturing data. The first and second control input parameters are organized to isolate the first control input parameter from the second control input parameter for adjusting at least one of the first and the second control input parameters, using a controller.

A system includes a metrology tool and a controller. The metrology tool is configured to measure a first overlay error between a first process layer and a second process layer using a first overlay target formed on the second process layer and measure a second overlay error between the first process layer and a third process layer using a second overlay target formed on the third process layer. The controller is configured to determine at least one parameter of an operating recipe for performing a photolithography process on the first process layer based on the first and second overlay error measurements.

A method is provided for allowing a WINDOWS computer user to effectively utilize audio applications in a WINDOWS 95 or WINDOWS NT operating system by individually setting the controls of the computer sound card by an improved dialog-based tabbed menu system. Upon loading and starting the computer software system of the present invention in the WINDOWS based computer, the WINDOWS 95 or NT operating system is queried for the type of computer sound card driver installed. Next, the computer sound card driver software is queried to determine the capabilities and requirements of a computer sound card and is adjusted to meet the specifics capabilities and requirements of the computer sound card detected. Further, the present software system allows the user to conveniently organize dialog-based tabbed menus for controlling the computer sound card settings with provision for simplifying the configuration of microphone related settings. A pedal pivotally mounted on one end at the bottom of the recessed area is retained in a first or normally retracted position adjacent the main body portion by a spring in contact with the pedal. Pressure on the pedal moves it to a second or lowered substantially horizontal position for holding the trash receptacle down by foot pressure while removing a bag liner.
