A slip conveyor assemblyis disclosed. The assemblyincludes six slip conveyorstobeing arranged in series. Each of the conveyorstoincludes a trayof 'U' transverse cross-section. Each trayis operated by a drive assemblythat horizontally reciprocates (oscillates) the associated trayto cause product to advance along the assembly. Adjacent traysmay be displaced so that there is a gap between adjacent trays through which product may be delivered.

Slip conveyor assembly

A slip conveyor assembly () having a plurality of slip conveyors (to). Each slip conveyor (to) has a tray () providing a conveyor surface () along which product is delivered. The trays () are arrangeable and caused to reciprocate so that product may be conveyed in either longitudinal direction, with at least two of the trays being arrangeable to provide a gap () therebetween to provide for delivery of product from the conveyor assembly ().
