A building management system (BMS) includes a storage device having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include receiving an indication of an event relating to building equipment operable to serve spaces of a building, the indication identifying at least one of a space or a type of equipment associated with the event, determining, based on the indication, that the one or more criteria are satisfied for a first filter of a plurality of filters, each filter of the plurality of filters associated with a subset of users and specifying one or more criteria for satisfying the filter, the one or more criteria comprising at least one of a space criterion or an equipment criterion, and providing a notification of the event to the subset of users associated with the first filter in response to a determination that the one or more criteria are satisfied for the first filter.

A building management system includes a building efficiency improvement system and method configured to monitor and control subsystems and equipment for improved efficiency of operation. A user device is configured to display a user interface for monitoring and controlling one or more building equipment efficiency parameters and settings. The building efficiency management system further includes a controller configured to collect and analyze data from equipment, generate displays of the operational status and efficiency levels, generate sets of alternative equipment control algorithms based on efficiency objectives, and present users with a set of alternative equipment control algorithms displayed via graphic user interface elements on the user device. The user device further provides a means to select and implement an alternate equipment control algorithm. The controller is further configured to receive inputs from the user device commanding changes to equipment controls and process transactions associated with changes to equipment configuration.

A building management system (BMS) interface system. The BMS interface system includes a user interface and a BMS controller in communication with the user interface. The BMS controller includes a processor. The processor is configured to display a graphical scheduling interface on the user interface and receive a scheduling input from the user interface. The processor is further configured to extract one or more scheduling elements from the received scheduling input and convert the scheduling elements into one or more BMS data objects. The processor is further configured to update the graphical scheduling interface displayed on the user interface. The processor is also configured to execute one or more scheduling instructions based on the received scheduling input, wherein the scheduling instructions are associated with the operation of one or more BMS devices.

Systems and methods for interfacing with a building management system

A mobile commissioning device for commissioning building equipment in or around a building includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit includes a processor and memory storing instructions executed by the processor. The processing circuit establishes location of the mobile commissioning device and building equipment within the building. The processing circuit also detects and receives commissioning data from building equipment located within a building zones of the building as the mobile commissioning device moves between the building zones. The processing circuit further stores the commissioning data from the building equipment in a temporary commissioning database within the mobile commissioning device and transmits the commissioning data from the temporary commissioning database to a permanent server.

Systems and methods for commissioning building equipment with mobile server

A building management system includes a controller for one or more devices of the building management system and a system manager communicably coupled to the controller. The controller includes a priority array for a point object managed by the controller. The priority array includes a plurality of commands for the point object and defines a priority of each command. The system manager is configured to retrieve the priority array from the controller, generate a user interface identifying the plurality of commands in the priority array and the priority of each command, receive a new command from a user, and update the user interface to include a preview of the priority array indicating how the priority array would change if the new command were applied to the priority array.

A building alarm management system for a building includes a processing circuit configured to receive one or more alarms from building equipment of the building and receive location information for the building equipment located in the building and one or more mobile devices associated with one or more users located in the building. The processing circuit is further configured to retrieve role information including roles associated with the one or more users and send the one or more alarms to the one or more mobile devices based on the roles associated with the one or more users and the locations of the one or more mobile devices and the building equipment.
