Adjusting the length of firearms using stock assembly systems are provided. In one embodiment, a stock assembly comprises: a receiver extension having a first interface configured to mate with a second interface of a stock; the first interface comprising a base portion, a plurality of first edges, and a plurality of first grooves; the second interface comprising a slot portion, a plurality of second edges, and a plurality of second grooves; wherein the plurality of first edges are in contact with the plurality of second grooves and the plurality of first grooves are in contact with the plurality of second edges of the second interface to mate the stock with the receiver extension; and wherein the base portion of the first interface is in contact with the slot portion of the second interface allowing the stock to slide along a horizontal axis of the receiver extension.

Stock assembly systems with mating interfaces

A firearm blast reduction device installable on a muzzle of a firearm may include a lock device, a muzzle device and a muzzle shroud. When assembled together, the muzzle shroud faces a front side of the firearm and the muzzle device faces a rear side of the firearm, with the lock device received in the muzzle device and between the muzzle device and the muzzle shroud. To install, the muzzle shroud is rotated in one direction to lock the firearm blast reduction device on the muzzle. To uninstall, the muzzle shroud is rotated in an opposite direction to release the firearm blast reduction device from the muzzle.

Devices and method for converting collapsible firearm stocks are provided. In one embodiment, a conversion device for converting a stock is provided, the stock comprising a locking pin, configured to slide along a receiver extension having a plurality of position holes and lock into position, the conversion device comprising: a first insert having a first plug configured to insert into a first position hole of the plurality of position holes; a second insert having a second plug configured to insert into a second position hole of the plurality of position holes; wherein inserting the first and second plugs into the first and second position holes, respectively, covers all of the plurality of position holes except for a single position hole for receiving the locking pin of the stock; and wherein the single position hole converts the stock from being collapsible to fixed on the firearm.

Devices and Methods for converting collapsible firearm stocks

Flip sight systems having multiple configurations for use with firearms in accordance with various embodiments of the invention are disclosed. In one embodiment, a flip sight system is provided, comprising: a front sight assembly comprising: a front base, a front pivot joint; and a front sight; a rear sight assembly comprising: a rear base, a rear pivot joint, and a rear sight; wherein the flip sight system includes a first deployed configuration where the front sight and the rear sight are offset to the attached optics such that the flip sight system operates as primary sights for close range targets, a second deployed configuration where the front sight and the rear sight are in-line with the attached optics such that the flip sight system operates as co-witness or backup sights to the attached optics, a first collapsed configuration for storage, and a second collapsed configuration for storage.

Slide cover plate assemblies for accessing internal components housed within a slide of a pistol in accordance with various embodiments of the invention are disclosed. In one embodiment, a slide cover plate assembly for accessing internal components housed within a slide of a pistol, includes a first plate having an opening to mate with a button of a second plate, the first plate includes at least one contact portion and a mating portion, where the mating portion is in contact with the slide, the second plate includes the button, a corresponding contact portion, and an interior face, where the interior face receives a force exerted by a firing pin spring housed within the slide, and where the button receives a manual pressure applied by an operator, where the received manual pressure counteracts the force exerted by the firing pin allowing the slide cover plate assembly to disengage from the slide.

Slide cover plate assemblies for semi-automatic pistols

In one aspect, a retractable buttstock may include a buttpad that allows the user to rest the weapon on their shoulders; a pair of extension rods; a buffer tube that allows the buttstock to attach to the firearm; and a buffer tube housing to receive the buffer tube. In an exemplary embodiment, the extension rods are hollow and a resilient unit is received in each extension rod. The extension rods have a pair of first positioning grooves and a pair of second positioning grooves to engage with stoppers of the buffer tube housing. The buttstock can be fully-extended and collapsed depending on whether the stoppers engage with the first or second positioning grooves. It is noted that the user can operate the retractable buttstock with one hand.
