A seat pocket insert for a valve block may include an insert body extending, in an axial length, between a first end surface and a second end surface. Additionally, the second end surface may have a profile configured to sealingly engage with a seat of a valve. Further, a bore may be provided axially extending through the first end surface to the second end surface of the insert body.

Seat pocket insert

A modular valve tree may have two or more blocks. Additionally, a first block may have a flow passage therethrougt, with an inlet and an outlet and a second block may have a flow passage therethrough with including an inlet and an outlet. Further, an insert may be provided comprising sealing elements. The insert may be partially disposed within each of the first block and the second block and the insert has a throughbore fluidly connecting the first block outlet to the second block inlet. Furthermore, the sealing elements are configured to seal external surfaces of the insert against an internal surface of the respective flow passages. A retention system may retain the blocks in position and compress and engage one or more of the sealing elements.

Modular valve tree

A valve block may be assembled, in a controlled environment, a valve block to be modular and purpose built for a specific application. The specific application may be an operation to be performed at a well site. The modular purpose built valve block may be function tested, in the controlled environment. Additionally, the modular purpose built valve block may be pre-packaged, in the controlled environment, to have a digital system to operate and automate the modular purpose built valve block. Further, the modular pre-packaged purpose built valve block may be deployed to the well site, and the modular pre-packaged purpose built valve block may be fluidly coupled to a wellhead. The modular pre-packaged purpose built valve block may be operated to perform the operation at the well site.

Plug-and-play, pre-packaged, and purpose built valve block

A bonnet assembly may be coupled to a valve block. The bonnet assembly may include a bonnet body extending, in an axial length, between a first and second end of the bonnet body. Additionally, the bonnet body may have a sealing surface on the second end. Further, a bonnet retainer nut may be provided with passage axially extending through a first end surface to a second end surface. The bonnet retainer nut may be disposed on the bonnet body such that a portion of the bonnet body is enclosed within the passage of bonnet retainer nut. Furthermore, the bonnet retainer nut may lock the bonnet body.

Gate valve bonnet connector

A testable back pressure valve for controlling fluid flow through a bore of a component installed in a well bore is disclosed. The back pressure valve includes a valve body which is configured to be secured in the bore, a flow bore which extends through the valve body, at least a first body seal which is configured to seal the valve body to the bore, and a poppet which is movably positioned in the valve body. At least a first poppet seal is sealingly engaged between the poppet and the valve body when the poppet is in the closed position, and a test port extends through the valve body to below the first poppet seal when the poppet is in the closed position. Thus, with the back pressure valve installed in the flow bore and the poppet in the closed position, the first poppet seal can be pressure tested by communicating test pressure through the test port to below the first poppet seal.
