The display substrate includes a substrate, a display structure layer disposed on the substrate, and an alignment layer. A grating polarizing layer is disposed in the display structure layer, and an optical alignment direction of the alignment layer is parallel to or perpendicular to a transmission axis direction of the grating polarizing layer.

A display panel comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, a light deflection structure between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a black matrix on a side of the second substrate close to the first substrate. The display panel further comprises a display region and a non-display region. The black matrix comprises a light shielding region and a hollowed-out region in the non-display region. The light deflection structure is configured to deflect part or all of light incident towards the hollowed-out region to the light-shielding region.

In an embodiment, the display device includes: a base substrate; a cover plate opposite to the base substrate; and a first frame sealant, the cover plate is bonded to the base substrate at least by the first frame sealant, at least one groove is provided in a bonding region of at least one of the base substrate and the cover plate, and at least a part of the first frame sealant is disposed in the groove.
