Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for transmitting and receiving control information in a communication system. In a method for communication, a terminal device can determine that first control information is to be transmitted to a network device in a second slot after a first slot, the first control information being at least a part of previous control information transmitted in the first slot. The terminal device may determine a set of resources for second control information to be transmitted to the network device in the second slot. The terminal device may transmit, to the network device, at least one of the first control information and the second control information based on the set of resources. Embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the reliability and robustness of transmissions of control information in the communication system.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to resource allocation for feedback in groupcast communication. A method comprises identifying a plurality of destination devices for reception of data from a source device in groupcast communication; in response to the number of the plurality of destination devices being below a threshold, allocating resources to the plurality of destination devices to enable feedback transmission associated with the reception by the plurality of destination devices; and in response to the number of the plurality of destination devices exceeding the threshold, disabling feedback transmission associated with the reception by the plurality of destination devices. By flexibly allocating resources to the destination devices, it is possible to facilitate identifying destination devices that miss the data or control information and save the resource consumption.

In a method for communication, a terminal device can obtain a first group of candidate offsets for transmissions of a first type and a second group of candidate offsets for transmissions of a second type. The terminal device may receive, from the network device, scheduling information for scheduling a transmission in a first slot, the scheduling information comprising a target offset selected from the first group of candidate offsets, the target offset indicating a second slot associated with a feedback indication for the transmission. The terminal device may determine a set of slots based on the second slot and the first group of candidate offsets. The terminal device may transmit, to the network device in the second slot, a set of feedback indications for the set of slots. Embodiments of the present disclosure can optimize and improve the reporting of feedback information by the terminal device to the network device in the communication system.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, devices and computer readable storage media for resource selection in a Vehicle to Everything (V2X) communication. The method comprises determining, at a terminal device, a resource reservation period for at least one sidelink transmission; and in accordance with a determination, based on the resource reservation period, that a reference resource associated with the at least one sidelink transmission is subsequent to a sensing window, determining, from a resource selection window of the terminal device, at least one further reference resource to be reserved for the at least one sidelink transmission based on the resource reservation period. In this way, the conflict of resource selection can be avoided and therefore the performance of the sidelink transmission can be improved.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable media for Reference Signal (RS) transmission. A method for communication comprises determining one or more RS ports for RS transmission, the one or more RS ports being included in one or more RS groups. The method further comprises determining a plurality of parameters for generating a RS sequence specific to a RS group in the one or more RS groups, the RS group including at least one of the one or more RS ports. The method further comprises generating the RS sequence based on the plurality of parameters. In addition, the method further comprises transmitting the generated RS sequence over the at least one of the one or more RS ports. The embodiments of the present disclosure can solve the PAPR issue caused by mapping a same RS sequence to antenna ports across RS port groups.

A method of communication comprises receiving, at a terminal device and from a network device, resource allocation information indicating a slot offset value associated with transmission of uplink data or reception of downlink data, the slot offset value being selected from a range for scheduling slots in a carrier frequency; and performing the transmission or reception based on the slot offset value. Embodiments can support large bandwidth in frequency, schedule more uplink or downlink slots, and increase channel utilization.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable media for multi-TRP transmission. The method comprises determining at least one transmission configuration indication (TCI) state to be configured to a terminal device, the at least one TCI state indicating a plurality of reference signal (RS) sets and quasi co-location relationship between the plurality of RS sets and respective groups of DMRS ports. The method further comprises determining DMRS ports for transmitting DMRSs to the terminal device via the plurality of TRPs and associations between the plurality of RS sets and the DMRS ports. In addition, the method further comprises configuring the at least one TCI state, the DMRS ports, and the associations between the plurality of RS sets and the DMRS ports to the terminal device. In this way, multi-TRP transmission can be supported without introducing additional indication overhead.

A method comprises transmitting, from a network device to a terminal device, downlink control information (DCI) over a first set of Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) candidates for scheduling a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH), where the DCI includes at least one of a counter downlink assignment indicator (DAI) value and a total DAI value; transmitting the PDSCH from the network device to the terminal device; and receiving a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook for the PDSCH from the terminal device, where the HARQ-ACK codebook is generated at least based on a first configuration of a second set of PDCCH candidates, and at least one of the counter DAI value and the total DAI value. As such, the dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook can be obtained without introducing additional signaling overhead.

A method of communication comprises in response to a second connection being established between a second network device and a terminal device having a first connection with a first network device, determining, at the first network device, a first set of SDUs to be transmitted by the second network device to the terminal device; determining first information regarding a SN assigned to each of the first set of SDUs and a HFN associated with the SN; and transmitting the first set of SDUs and the first information to the second network device. The method further comprises receiving, at the second network device, the first set of SDUs and first information; and transmitting the first set of SDUs to the terminal device based on the first information. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a network device is able to configure resources dedicated to repetition of transmission during the access procedure. If a terminal device determines to perform the repetition of transmission, the terminal device uses the dedicated resources for the transmission. The numbers of the repetition are determined based on a target power for the transmission and a maximum power at the terminal device. In this way, it improves coverage of the terminal device and the success in accessing channel.
