A resin material, in which the elongation at break in an environmental condition at a predetermined temperature of 100° C. or higher and 150° C. or lower is 50% or more, a content of a plasticizer is 3 mass % or less with respect to the total mass of the resin material, a strength at break in the environmental condition at this predetermined temperature is 5 MPa or more, the elongation at break is 500% or less, and a 10% modulus is 3 MPa or less, is formed into a tubular form and used as an inner surface layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer surface layer of a hose, and components of an air conditioner are connected through the hose. Such resin material, and also a hose including the resin material, which are mainly used for an air conditioner installed in a vehicle, have improved durability in a high temperature environment.

A test sample of a vulcanized rubber material is placed under a preset placement condition in a fixing frame in a test tank having a predetermined ozone concentration, and detection data is acquired by detecting, over time, with a laser sensor disposed facing a surface of the test sample that has been placed in the test tank, a distance from the laser sensor to the surface of the test sample; and determining a change in a surface state of the test sample between a plurality of points in time by analyzing, with a computation device, the detection data that has been acquired. Evaluation system and method for evaluating vulcanized rubber material deterioration by ozone

A test sample of a vulcanized rubber material is placed under a preset placement condition in a fixing frame in a test tank having a predetermined ozone concentration, and digital image data is acquired by capturing at a fixed point, over time, with at least one camera device, images of a surface of the test sample that has been placed in the test tank; and determining a change in a surface state of the test sample between a plurality of points in time by analyzing, with a computation device, the image data that has been acquired. Such evaluation method for evaluating ozone deterioration of a vulcanized rubber material can accurately determine a change over time in ozone deterioration while reducing working man-hours.

Data of an amount of wear of an upper cover rubber of the conveyor belt installed at a use site is input into a server via an input unit. A calculation unit is configured to calculate a remaining service life of the conveyor belt based on the input data and, stored in a storage unit, a belt specification database and a tolerance range database in which a tolerance range is input in advance for the amount of wear per belt specification; and calculate an expected service life of the conveyor belt before use of the conveyor belt based on a correlation between a use condition and belt specifications of the conveyor belt used up until present, the use condition of the conveyor belt, and the specifications of the conveyor belt.

A conveyor belt monitoring system includes an imaging device which sequentially images a longitudinal predetermined range of a conveyor belt in running from above the conveyor belt. Image data captured by the imaging device is displayed in a monitor, and then is sequentially input into a control unit as detection data. The control unit causes a meander suppressing device to reduce a meander width of the conveyor belt on the basis of the image data.

Based on the strain data and the image data acquired, a change in the shape of the hose between a plurality of time points at identical internal pressure is determined. The testing method comprises setting a running speed of a rubber sample fixed to an outer surface of an annular belt member stretched between a pair of pulleys to a desired speed; setting a pressing load applied by a contact member to a desired pressing load via an anchor member; selecting, as the contact member, a desired contact member from a plurality of types of contact members with different rubber sample surface contacting tip specifications; pressing the contact member against the surface of the rubber sample running by the rotation of the pulleys; and obtaining an amount of scratch abrasion of the rubber sample using a calculation unit on the basis of a cross-sectional shape of the surface of the rubber sample detected by a shape sensor.

A conveyor belt management system is capable of determining in detail the state of a conveyor belt. A state of the conveyor belt is monitored by a calculation unit based on data of an indicator indicating a status of a belt conveyor device and data of an indicator indicating a use environment of the conveyor belt installed on a belt conveyor device; at least one data from an amount of wear of an upper cover rubber, an impact force acting on the conveyor belt, a tensile force, an indicator indicating a state of a core, and an indicator indicating a state of an endless portion input to the server by the input unit; and a belt specification database and a tolerance range database in which a tolerance range for each of the input items is input in advance per belt specification stored in a storage unit.

A hose to be evaluated is installed on a fixing frame in a preset shape, and a strain gauge and markers are attached to a surface of the hose. During a course of application of predetermined internal pressure to the hose, strain data is acquired using the strain gauge and an image of an external shape of the hose is captured using a camera device to acquire image data. Based on the strain data and the image data acquired, a change in the shape of the hose between a plurality of time points at identical internal pressure is determined. A pneumatic fender monitoring system is provided. Image data captured by using at least one of a front view imaging device that successively images an external shape in a front view of a pneumatic fender used disposed between a vessel and a vessel or a side view imaging device that successively images the external shape in a side view of the pneumatic fender is successively input into a control unit and successively displayed on a monitor, and the control unit determines, on the basis of the image data, whether an amount of deformation of the external shape of the pneumatic fender is within a preset tolerance range or outside of a preset tolerance range.

When the interior of the fender is set to a specified internal pressure, the cord angles A and B increase to extent of a static angle, and the body portion and the predetermined range expand.
