A peptide compound targeting a PD-1 receptor includes: a compound 1, a compound 2, a compound 3, a compound 4 and a compound 5; wherein the compounds 1-5 comprise amino acid sequences identical to SEQ ID NO: 1-5, respectively. A method for preparing the peptide compound targeting the PD-1 receptor includes steps of: using a solid-phase synthesis method for coupling amino acids of the compounds 1-5 to a solid-phase resin sequentially according to peptide sequences, and obtaining a target compound after cleavage by a cutting reagent, freeze-drying, and preparative purification. A method for preparing analgesic drugs includes using the peptide compound targeting the PD-1 receptor. The compounds 1-5 are capable of binding to PD-1, and have significant inhibitory effects on inflammatory pain and visceral pain under intrathecal administration; they are simple to synthesize, easy to be purified, and conducive to large-scale synthesis.

The present disclosure relates to an aluminum alloy material, and specifically to a weldable in-situ nano-strengthened rare-earth metal (REM)-containing aluminum alloy with high strength and toughness and a preparation method thereof. In the present disclosure, in-situ nano-ceramic particles and REMs simultaneously introduced into an Al—Zn—Mg alloy can effectively refine the grains and significantly improve the strength and toughness of the alloy; and REM-containing nano-precipitated phases and in-situ nanoparticles distributed in the grains or at grain boundaries can also significantly increase a recrystallization temperature of the alloy, effectively inhibit the dynamic recovery, reduce the re-dissolution of alloying elements, and improve the weldability of the alloy.

Weldable in-situ nano-strengthened rare-earth metal containing aluminum alloy with high strength and toughness and preparation method thereof

A graphene and in-situ nano-ZrBparticle-co-reinforced aluminum matrix composite (AMC) and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: heating an aluminum alloy for melting, adding potassium fluoroborate and potassium fluorozirconate to produce ZrBparticles in-situ, additionally adding a mixture of pre-prepared copper-coated graphene and an aluminum powder, and stirring with an electromagnetic field for uniform dispersion; and ultrasonically treating the resulting melt to improve the dispersion of the in-situ nano-ZrBparticles and the graphene, casting for molding to obtain a casting, and subjecting the casting to homogenization and rolling for deformation to obtain the graphene and in-situ nano-ZrBparticle-co-reinforced AMC. The in-situ generation of the reinforcement nano-ZrBparticles in an aluminum alloy melt increases the number of interfaces in the composite and also increases the dislocation density.

Graphene- and in-situ nanoparticle-reinforced aluminum-based composite material and preparation method

The present invention relates to an aluminum matrix composite (AMC), and particularly to a method and apparatus for preparing an AMC with a high strength, a high toughness, and a high neutron absorption. The present invention combines a high-neutron-absorption and highly stable micro-BC extrinsic reinforcement with an in-situ nano-reinforcement containing elements B, Cd, and Hf and having high neutron capture ability, achieves efficient absorption of neutrons by using the large cross-sectional area of the micro-reinforcement, achieves effective capture of rays penetrating gaps of the micro-reinforcement by means of the highly dispersed in-situ nano-reinforcement, and significantly improves the toughness of the composite material by means of the high-dispersion toughening effect of the nano-reinforcement, obtaining a particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composite (PAMC) having high toughness and high neutron absorption.

An owner of media data encrypts the media data using a session key. The session key is encrypted using a public key of a designated recipient of the media data. A key manager provides the encrypted session key to the recipient while the owner is sharing the media data with the recipient. The encrypted media data is published and accessed by the recipient over a public computer network. The encrypted session key and the encrypted media data are received in the recipient's computer, where the encrypted session key is decrypted into the session key using the recipient's private key and the encrypted media data is decrypted into the media data using the session key. When the owner is no longer sharing the media data with the recipient, the recipient is prevented from further receiving the encrypted session key from the key manager.
