Provided is a pulp molding production line, comprising at least one molding machine and pulp molding robot and at least one press, wherein the molding machine, the pulp molding robot and the press are sequentially arranged, a transfer device is installed on the pulp molding robot, the transfer device comprises a wet pulp transfer mold provided with a sealed gas chamber therein, the front of the wet pulp transfer mold is provided with at least one recessed matching chamber that can fit over the external of a wet pulp product and is recessed to the sealed gas chamber side, the recessed matching chamber matches the wet pulp product, several interfacing apertures for communicating or connecting the recessed matching chamber with the sealed gas chamber are respectively formed on the inner wall of each recessed matching chamber and the bottom of the recessed matching chamber, a moving rack parallel to the wet pulp transfer mold is connected to the back of the wet pulp transfer mold through a guide mechanism, a driver is connected between the back of the wet pulp transfer mold and the moving rack, the driver drives the moving rack to move relative to the wet pulp transfer mold, and several evenly spaced vacuum chucks are provided on the moving rack.

Pulp molding production line and processing method thereof

A pulp molding production line includes a forming machine, a pulp molding manipulator and a press. The pulp molding manipulator having a mounted transfer device which includes a wet blank transfer mold having an interior airtight air chamber. A front face of the wet blank transfer mold is provided with at least one recessed matching cavity that can be sleeved on an outside of a wet pulp blank product that is recessed toward the airtight air chamber, and the recessed matching cavity matches the product. An inner wall and a bottom of the recessed matching cavity are respectively provided with a plurality of small communicating holes. A back face of the wet blank transfer mold is connected to a moving frame through a guide mechanism. A driver connects between the back of the wet blank transfer mold and a moving frame which is provided with uniformly spaced vacuum cups.

Pulp molding production line and processing method

A transfer device applied to a robotic arm for pulp molding, which includes a wet blank transfer mold provided with a closed air chamber therein, a front surface with at least one inward concave matching cavity capable of being sleeved outside a pulp wet blank container and recessed toward the closed air chamber side, a back surface connected with a moving frame, oriented parallel to the wet blank transfer mold, through a guide mechanism, and a driver connected between the back surface of the wet blank transfer mold and the moving frame, where the driver drives the moving frame to move relative to the wet blank transfer mold and the moving frame is provided with a plurality of vacuum suction cups at uniform intervals on a side opposite from the wet pulp transfer mold. The device may transfer a wet blank and collect a molded product at the same time.

Transfer device applied to robotic arm and production line for pulp molding

A transfer device includes a wet blank transfer mold internally provided with an airtight air chamber, a front face with a recessed matching cavity configured to be sheathed on the outside of a pulp wet blank container and is recessed towards the airtight air chamber. The recessed matching cavity includes several small communicating holes provided respectively in an inner wall of each recessed matching cavity and at the bottom of the recessed matching cavity for communication between the recessed matching cavity and the airtight air chamber. A moving frame parallel to the wet blank transfer mold with evenly spaced vacuum cups, is connected to a back face of the wet blank transfer mold via a guiding mechanism. A driver connected between the back face of the wet blank transfer mold and the moving frame to drive the moving frame to move relative to the wet blank transfer mold.

A pulp molding production line including as molding machine, pulp molding robot and press, where a transfer device installed on the pulp molding robot includes a wet pulp transfer mold, with the front of the wet pulp transfer mold including a recessed matching chamber configured to fit over the exterior of a wet pulp product, and a moving rack oriented parallel to the wet pulp transfer mold and connected to the back of the wet pulp transfer mold through a guide mechanism, with a driver connected between the back of the wet pulp transfer mold and the moving rack to drive the moving rack to move relative to the wet pulp transfer mold, and several evenly spaced vacuum chucks provided on a side of the moving rack opposite from the wet transfer mold to acquire the molded pulp product from the press.
