An electric screwdriver includes a motor having a motor shaft, a handle housing for accommodating the motor, an output shaft at least partly protruding from the handle housing, a transmission device for enabling the motor shaft to drive the output shaft to rotate around a first axis, an exploring antenna for detecting whether an object is charged, an operating switch coupled to the handle housing for controlling the motor, a first wire stripping member fixedly mounted to the handle housing; and a second wire stripping member rotatably connected to the handle housing.

Electric screwdriver

A hand-held power tool includes a housing defining a first longitudinal axis and an illuminating assembly mounted to the housing. The illuminating assembly includes lighting elements distributed on the housing around the first longitudinal axis, a circuit board electrically connected to the lighting elements, a main body, and a fixing member. The lighting elements are supported by the circuit board. The main body partially covers the lighting elements and the circuit board. The lighting elements and the main body are fixed to the housing by the main body cooperative with the fixing member. The lighting elements are distributed around the first longitudinal axis so that light of the lighting elements can be emitted from multiple different angles, shadows are avoided in corresponding zones, and therefore the lighting elements can be called shadow-less lighting elements.

An electric tool for outputting torque includes a housing and a motor disposed in the housing, a rotatable base configured to be driven by the motor to rotate about a first axis, at least one impact block rotatably connected to the rotatable base, an output shaft rotatably connected in the housing and configured to rotate about the first axis under intermittent impact of the impact block, a locking member which, when at a first position, locks the impact block to prevent it from impacting on the output shaft and which, when at a second position, releases the impact block to allow it to rotate freely, a biasing assembly for biasing the locking member to the first position, a regulating assembly for regulating a biasing degree exerted by the biasing assembly on the locking member, and a control assembly operable by the user from outside the housing to control the regulating assembly. The locking member is disposed at least partially in the rotatable base.

Electric tool for outputting torque

An electric screwdriver includes a motor having a motor shaft, a handle housing for accommodating the motor, an output shaft at least partly protruding from the handle housing, a transmission device for enabling the motor shaft to drive the output shaft to rotate around a first axis, an exploring antenna for detecting whether an object is charged, and an operating switch coupled to the handle housing for controlling the motor. The exploring antenna has a front end portion extending beyond the handle housing. The output shaft has an inserting groove, and a ratio of the maximum size of the handle housing to the maximum size of the inserting groove in a radial direction of the output shaft is greater than or equal to 3.9 and less than or equal to 8.

An electric tool includes a gripping portion, a working portion rotatably connected to the gripping portion about an axis, an output shaft moving in a reciprocating manner and accommodated in the working portion, and a gear box accommodated in the gripping portion for driving the output shaft. The gear box has an opening so that the output shaft is moveable from one end to the other end of the opening when the working portion is rotated relative to the gripping portion about the axis. A leakage-preventing device, such as a bushing, is arranged at the opening so that the lubricating grease can be avoided from leaking.

An auto hammer includes a motor arranged in a housing, a striking device arranged in a nozzle portion of the housing and a transmission mechanism for converting the rotating motion of the motor into the striking motion for the striking device. The transmission mechanism includes a striking assembly for exerting a striking motion to the striking device, the striking assembly includes a rotational driving member and a rotational striking member enclosing the rotational driving member, and the rotational striking member is provided with at least one striking portion for striking and contacting the striking device. The auto hammer has a gripping portion suitable for palm gripping which is arranged on a back side of the housing opposite to the striking device where the motor is arranged on the same side as the striking assembly relative to the axis of the reciprocating linear motion of a striking shaft of the striking device.

An electric hammer includes a striking device having a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism includes a clamping element, a sliding element, a first biasing device and a second biasing device. The sliding element is provided with a guide portion in which the clamping element is slidable between a first position where the clamping element is closed and a second position where the clamping element is opened. The biasing force generated by the first biasing device is smaller than that of the second biasing device when the clamping element is in the opened position.

Clamping mechanism for an electric hammer

A nailer device has a housing containing a motor and a transmission mechanism. The housing has a nozzle portion with a striking rod for striking a nail arranged therein, the striking rod being moved in a reciprocating manner. A rotating shall is mounted in the housing and the rotating shaft is coupled to the output shaft of the motor through the transmission mechanism. An impact member surrounds the rotating shaft and is moved with the rotating shaft. Corresponding slots are formed on the rotating shaft and the impact member respectively and mate with each other with engagement members being contained in the corresponding slots.

A nailer device is carried within a housing having a nozzle portion wherein the nozzle portion is connected with the housing via a head portion of the housing. The nozzle portion includes a sleeve, a fixing member, and a magnetic member located between the sleeve and the fixing member. The fixing member is mounted on the sleeve and the fixing member has a groove in which the magnetic member is arranged.

An electrical device, such as a nailer device, has a motor and a gear housing containing a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism is coupled to the motor for driving an impact member. The transmission mechanism includes a shaft having a through-hole wherein a first opening of the through-hole is communicated with the interior of the gear housing and a second opening of the through-hole is communicated with an exterior of the gear housing.

An auto hammer includes a housing having a grip, a head assembly arranged on one end of the housing, a motor mounted within the housing, a switch arranged on the housing for controlling the motor. There are at least two hand-holding positions on the housing where the switch can be triggered. The auto hammer may therefore be held by hands at a plurality of positions and will thereby be suitable for use in various circumstances.

A nailer device has a housing containing a motor and a striking device arranged in a compact manner. A transmission mechanism is mounted in the housing for translating the rotating motions of the motor into the periodic impact motions upon the striking device. The transmission mechanism includes an impact assembly which imparts the periodic impact motions upon the striking device.

A nailer device includes a housing having a nozzle portion formed in an upper end thereof. A motor and a rotary-linear motion transmission mechanism are arranged in the housing and the rotary-linear transmission mechanism functions to couple an output shaft of the motor to a striking rod disposed in the nozzle portion to thereby move the striking rod in a reciprocating manner. A bias device exerts a force on the striking rod towards the outside of the housing along a longitudinal direction of the striking rod.

An auto hammer having a housing having a grip portion defining a central axis and a head assembly including a striking device which has a striking rod defining a central axis. The striking device is pivotable relative to the grip portion and the angle between the central axis of the grip and the central axis of the striking rod can range between 60&#xb0; and 180&#xb0;. The auto hammer thus provides a pivotable striking device and is thereby suitable for different working circumstances.
