The embodiments provide a carbon nanocapsule conjugated with at least one of the anticoagulants on the surface and an antithrombotic drug containing the anticoagulant-conjugated carbon nanocapsule as an active ingredient. The anticoagulant-conjugated carbon nanocapsule has less cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility. A method for preparing the anticoagulant-conjugated carbon nanocapsule is also provided.

A solar energy module is provided and includes a substrate comprising at least one light diffusion layer and a plurality of light guiding layers adjacent to the light diffusion layer, and solar chips disposed on the lateral surfaces of the substrate. Solar light enters the substrate and is diffused by the light diffusion layer, and the diffused solar light is reflected by an interface of the light diffusion layer and the light guiding layer and is collected by the solar chips. A part of the solar light enters the light guiding layers and is reflected by the interface of the light guiding layers, and the reflected light is collected by the solar chips.

An organically functionalized carbon nanocapsule is provided. The organically-functionalized carbon nanocapsule includes a hollow carbon nanocapsule having a purity of at least more than 50% and a surface and at least one kind of organic functional groups bonded thereon and uniformly distributed over the surface thereof. The organically-functionalized carbon nanocapsule is of the following formula: F(-E)n, in which F is the carbon nanocapsule, E is the organic functional group, and n is the number of the organic functional group. Disclosed is a powder coating method and paint thereof. First, a metal object is applied a voltage. Second, paint is rubbed to carry a static charge, wherein the static charge is opposite to the voltage applied to the metal object. The statically charged paint is then sprayed from a nozzle to the metal object to form a coating covering the metal object surface. The paint composition includes 90 to 99.9 parts by weight of a resin matrix, and 10 to 0.1 parts by weight of a carbon nanocapsule evenly dispersed in the resin matrix.

A polymer-chain-grafted carbon nanocapsule. The polymer-chain-grafted carbon nanocapsule includes a carbon nanocapsule and at least one kind of polymer chain grafted thereon, forming a polymer-chain-grafted carbon nanocapsule in which the carbon nanocapsule is the core thereof. The polymer-chain-grafted carbon nanocapsules have the following formula: F(-P)m, in which F is the carbon nanocapsule, P is the polymer chain, and m is the number of the polymer chain. By grafting high-purity carbon nanocapsules with polymer chains, the application thereof is expanded.

Polymer-chain-grafted carbon nanocapsule

A carbon nanocapsule-layered silicate hybrid is provided. Layered silicates (platelet-shaped) as a dispersant are mixed with carbon nanocapsules (sphere-shaped) by a physical process. The physically mixed hybrid exhibits a homogeneous dispersion phase due to the geometric shape inhomogeneity factor. Aggregation of carbon nanocapsules is thus avoided. The hybrid can be dispersed in a polar or non-polar solvent with a solid content of about 0.01-30 wt %.

Since the hetero-nanocapsules are apt to disperse in fluid and have superior thermal conductivity, the heat conduction capability of the heat transfer fluid therewith is enhanced.
