The disclosure relates to an electric machine having a rotor including a set of permanent magnets and a stator including a stator strip made of a soft ferromagnetic material, the strip supporting a coil body having a single discontinuity, the coil body supporting a plurality of wire coils so as to form a polyphase coil stator assembly of the toroidal type, wherein the strip has a single discontinuity and has at least one partial cut at regular intervals between two consecutive wire coils.

The disclosure relates to a motorised air circulation valve including a gear motor, a valve body, and a rotary shaft provided with a shutter. The rotary shaft is rotated by the gear motor, where gear motor includes a set of reduction gears, a brushless electric motor formed by a rotor having N pairs of magnetised poles connected to a pinion of the set of reduction gears, and the pinion drives an output wheel rigidly connected to the rotary shaft. The electric motor includes a stator part having at least two coils, the stator part having two angular sectors, alphaand alpha, of respective radii Rand R, with Rbeing greater than R, and the center of the radii and the angular sectors being defined relative to the center of rotation of the rotor. The angular sector alphais defined by the angular deviation between the axes of the first and last coils considered in a circumferential direction of the motor, the angular sector alphais less than 180&#xb0; and includes the coils, the sector alphais devoid of a fully fitted coil, an end of the gear motor defines a side of the gear motor, and the angular sector alphaof the stator part is positioned facing the side.

The disclosure relates to a rotor for an electrical machine having internal permanent magnets including a yoke consisting of a stack of sheets defining a plurality of recesses for receiving parallelepipedal permanent magnets, the recesses being surrounded by magnetically saturated external transverse isthmuses, by radial isthmuses, lateral isthmuses and oblique isthmuses, wherein the magnets are assembled in pairs of magnets magnetized in the same direction and perpendicular to the radial direction of the radial isthmuses arranged between the coupled magnets, the radial isthmuses having a thickness of less than 5% of the diameter of the rotor, and the perimeter of the cross section of the rotor is formed by a succession of curved profiles, between two consecutive pairs of magnets, and tangential linear profiles at the external transverse isthmuses. The disclosure also relates to the application of such a rotor for creating a motor, in particular a motor for a turbo compressor, or an electrical generator.

The disclosure relates to a valve for controlling the circulation of a fluid, having a valve body and a housing containing an electric motor composed of a stator and of a rotor, a needle, a sealing bell and also a fixed screw or a fixed nut. The fixed screw or the fixed nut is secured to the valve body, and the stator is secured to the valve body via the housing. The sealing bell is positioned at the interface between the rotor and the stator in such a way that the screw/nut, the rotor and the needle are within this bell and submerged in the fluid, the stator being isolated from the fluid. Furthermore, the rotor has the function of a nut or of a screw, and has a helical movement imposed by the fixed screw or the fixed nut and drives the needle axially. The motor is a brushless polyphase motor with radial principal magnetic flux.

A stator for an electric machine having a plurality of radially extending teeth, supported by an outer annular yoke radial to the teeth, at least part of the teeth supporting a coil and the outer annular yoke having flutes of partially cylindrical shape opening towards the teeth, at least part of the teeth each having, at their end, on the side of the outer annular yoke, a protuberance of partially cylindrical shape, the protuberance being held in the flute by contact points so that at least one part of the teeth performs a relative movement having a degree of rotational and/or translational freedom relative to the annular yoke.

The disclosure relates to a high-speed electric machine, having a speed higher than 20,000 rpm, including a rotor having 1 or 2 pairs of magnetized poles, and an enhanced stator which has an outer diameter that is larger than 18 millimeters and which has 3 or 6 straight teeth extending radially and borne by a one-piece peripheral annular collar. An electric motor includes an assembly for connection to a printed circuit having a conductive insert through which connection holes pass, and a coil assembly having electrical connections terminated by connection plugs. The motor further includes connection pieces comprising a rod, the outer cross-section of which matches the cross-section of the connection holes, the connection piece having, at the proximal end thereof, a shoulder with a cross-section greater than the cross-section of the connection holes, the opposite end having a slot extending up to the shoulder, and including an opening on the distal end with a width greater than or equal to the cross-section of the connection plugs and at least one narrowing with a width less than the cross-section of the connection plugs, in order to ensure the expansion of the collar of the connection piece engaged in the hole of the printed circuit insert.

The disclosure presents a geared motor unit including a housing having an electric motor formed of a coiled stator assembly and of a magnetized rotor, the housing further including a printed circuit board for connecting and controlling the motor, a movement-reducing gear train, a sensor magnet and a magnetosensitive probe. The gear train includes a toothed movement output gear, the sensor magnet being ring-shaped and being rigidly connected to the output gear. An output gear is extended on either side of the sensor magnet by two guides cooperating with the two opposite walls of the housing; a ring-shaped magnet surrounds the axis of rotation of the output gear; a printed circuit board includes a controller controlling the motor and extends up to the vicinity of the output gear. The printed circuit board includes, in the area located in the vicinity of the output gear, the magnetosensitive probe which is connected directly, electrically and mechanically, to the area and is located axially or radially facing a ring-shaped magnet.

The disclosure relates to a motoreducer consisting of a casing including a brushless motor having at least two electrical phases, a rotor rotating on an axle, and composed of a stator assembly having at least two poles each bearing coils the winding axes of which are spaced apart by a mechanical angle smaller than 180&#xb0; and extend radially, and a gear train. The gear train includes: a first axle placed in the angular space formed between the two poles, the first axle bearing a first assembly formed by a coupled pinion and toothed wheel, the toothed wheel being placed above the pinion and having a radius larger than the pinion, the toothed wheel meshing with an input pinion rotating on the axle of the rotor, the toothed wheel being placed above the poles bearing the coils, all the axles of the gear train being parallel to one another and parallel to the axle of the rotor. The gear train has at least one axle bearing two toothed wheels/pinion assemblies rotating on the axle.

An electronic actuator is made up of a polyphase brushless motor comprising a rotor provided with permanent magnets and secured to an output shaft, and a stator supporting coils and providing the magnetic drive of the rotor, a first electrical connection assembly powering the coils, said stator being built into a stator module made up of a material which coats the wound stator as well as the first electrical connection assembly. The rotor is built into a rotor module made up of a flange coating a bearing that guides the shaft of the rotor. The stator module and the rotor module have elements for indexing and for attachment relative to one another.

A mechatronic assembly drives a member intended to be linked to a DC electrical power source and to an ECU control unit. The ECU includes a computer for executing a feedback control algorithm delivering an item of direction and torque information. The assembly includes an actuator formed by a brushless polyphase electric motor having N phases, binary detection probes for detecting the position of the rotor of the motor, an electronic circuit comprising a power bridge for powering the N phases of the motor. It further includes an onboard electronic control circuit without a microcontroller, computer and memory of which the input receives the item of direction and torque information from the ECU and of which the output controls the power bridge directly modulating the current of the DC electrical power source applied to each of the phases of the motor, and the torque and direction information provided by the ECU is separate from the power signal delivered only by the power source.

A linear electromagnetic actuator includes a stator excited by at least one electric coil arranged around an axis of symmetry and two ferromagnetic stator poles positioned axially on either side of the coil, as well as at least two independent moving members, each of the moving members being formed of a ferromagnetic material, where the linear electromagnetic actuator includes at least three magnetized poles arranged inside the coil, with respectively a first magnetized pole positioned in the vicinity of the median plane separating the two moving members and containing the axis of the coil, and a second and third magnetized pole arranged laterally on either side of the moving members, between the moving members and the coil.

A mechatronic assembly for linearly driving a member includes a control unit and an actuator, the control unit including a control algorithm and a power bridge, the algorithm controlling the power bridge, the power bridge providing a bifilar electrical signal consisting of a torque signal and a direction signal, the actuator including an electric motor which does not have an N-phase multiphase brush, binary probes for detecting the position of the rotor of the motor, a device for transforming the rotational movement of the rotor into a linear movement of the control member, power switches capable of powering the N phases of the motor on the basis of the bifilar electrical signal, and the state of the power switches is controlled directly by a signal from the detection probes.
