A fluid machine with radial cylinders, includes cylinders being fixed with respect to a body wherein the cylinders are peripherally spaced in a rotation plane of a crank rotating with a driving shaft of the machine, elements distributing a fluid, a piston of each cylinder placed in contact with a surface of the crank by a sliding member, the piston of each cylinder being placed within a jacket of the cylinder with contact of a side surface of the piston in a guide and sealing area which is small with respect to the side surface of the piston, and for a guide function an annular edge is present and projecting from an inner surface of the jacket, and for a sealing function a sealing ring is present on the jacket and housed in an annular slot which is parallel and attached to the annular edge, and rings maintaining the contact between the pistons and the crank.

Fluid machine with radial cylinders

A radial cylinder hydraulic motor having continuously variable displacement capabilities includes: oscillating hydraulic cylinders which are driven to oscillate through an eccentric crankpin formed on the motor shaft and carrying a radially movable ring adapted to be shifted along the radial direction of the crankpin by actuation of opposed counteracting hydraulic cylinders housed within the crankpin; a hydraulic control circuit for controlling and adjusting the positions of said counteracting hydraulic cylinders in a continuous manner; an electronic control circuit adapted to control the hydraulic control circuit and process signals from at least one position sensor arranged to detect the positions of said oscillating cylinders; a rotary joint for hydraulic conduits through which said counteracting hydraulic cylinders are controlled and adjusted.

A rotary displacement machine with radial pistons, comprising a supporting structure, with a main body and a cover, a centrally mounted distributor, a rotating unit consisting of a rotor provided with a number of radially extending cylindrical chambers, each chamber containing a respective piston mounted for sliding movement in a first direction along a first axis coaxial with the longitudinal centerline of the respective cylindrical chamber; wherein the rotor is mounted by support bearings means in the main body and cover and the distributor is mounted to float within a space defined by the cover and with coaxial relationship in the rotor by bearing means.
