Curable RTV-1 organopolysiloxane compositions which maintain the properties and adhesive strength even in hot moist conditions include a bis-hydroxyl-functional organopolysiloxane, an organosilicon compound comprising an &#x3b1;-alkoxysilane bonded through a methylene group to a heteroatom of a heterocyclic compound, and a branched, non-resinous alkoxyfunctional organopolysiloxane containing at least 20 mol percent of RSiOmoieties where Ris a hydrocarbyl radical.

Crosslinkable compositions based on organosilicon compounds

Crosslinkable compositions based on organosilicon compounds with a very high storage stability contain fine-particle metacarbonate. Storage stability of the composition is increased as compared to conventional forms of carbonates.

Storage stability of one-component elastomers prepared from constituents having alkoxysilyl end groups is enhanced by employing bin compounds having a coordination number of 5 or 6 in which tin is coordinately bonded to a P&#x2550;O group as at least one condensation catalyst.
