Systems and methods are provided for initiating an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) for facilitating user interaction with an automated call handling system such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. A computer-implemented method may obtain a command for initiating an IVA system during a call between a mobile device operated by a user and an automated call handling system. Next, the method may obtain a first natural language command from the mobile device, determine a first user action based on the first natural language command, and transmit the determined user action to the automated call handling system. Finally, the method may obtain a first audio response from the automated call handling system in response to the transmitted user action, and transmit the first audio response to the user upon determining that the first audio response includes information associated with the first user request.

Systems and methods are provided for control and operate a mobile application comprising a graphical user interface (GUI) via natural language commands using a conversation or chat interface associated with a chat application. The chat application may be initiated after obtaining a respective command from a computing device operated by a user. The conversation interface may be displayed adjacent to a mobile application. Systems and methods for operating a mobile application using a conversation interface

Systems and methods are provided for initiating an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) for facilitating user interaction with the automated call handling system such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. A computer-implemented method may obtain a command for initiating an IVA system during a call between a mobile device operated by a user and an automated call handling system. Next, the method may obtain a first natural language command from the mobile device, determine a first user action based on the first natural language command, and transmit the determined user action to the automated call handling system. Finally, the method may obtain a first audio response from the automated call handling system in response to the transmitted user action, and transmit the first audio response to the user upon determining that the first audio response includes information associated with the first user request.

Systems and methods are provided for enabling an ecommerce purchase transaction on a mobile device without requiring a user to enter payment card information during each transaction. A payment card token may be generated by the mobile payment application in response to receiving payment card information associated with a payment card. A unique user code associated with the payment card token may be generated. A payment card token may be communicated via a magnetic stripe reader communicatively coupled to the mobile device. The ecommerce purchase transaction may be completed by sending the payment card token from the mobile device to an online merchant upon entering the requisite unique user code.

Next, the method may determine a user input area of the mobile application associated with a touchscreen location of the haptic input and obtain information specifying user input received by the user input area of the mobile application. Further, the method may determine a potential user action based the user input received by the user input area of the mobile application, display a first suggestion based on the potential user action the conversation interface, and update the mobile application based on the first suggestion.

Systems and methods for estimating relevant functionalities are disclosed. Example embodiments include a system for estimating relevant functionalities. The system may include a receiver adapted to receive incoming signals and a transmitter adapted to send outgoing signals. Additionally, the system may include circuitry coupled to the transmitter and receiver. The system may cause the circuitry to use the receiver to obtain information gathered from one or more applications supported by the electronic device. The system may cause the circuitry to remove a subset of personally identifying information from the information obtained. The system may determine an estimated user preference for a functionality of a set of functionalities using the information obtained. The functionality may correspond to an icon in an array of icons presentable on a display of the electronic device. The system may use the transmitter to communicate the estimated user preference for the functionality to the electronic device.

Systems and methods are provided for providing criteria-based location notifications to parents based on a geolocation of a child. Geolocation information may be transmitted from a child's mobile device. Geolocation information may include a geolocation of a child user and may be processed in accordance with user-selected parameters specifying a set of undesirable geolocations provided by the parent user. The determination that the child user's geolocation satisfies child user's parameters may trigger a notification transmitted to the parent user. Determination of a likelihood of incident occurrence for a child user at a geolocation may be made in accordance with a threshold parameter provided by the parent user. The determination may be performed by analyzing geolocation information, user information provided by the parent user, and additional information obtained by the system. An incident indicator generated during the determination may quantify a likelihood of an occurrence of a negative event at the geolocation.

Criteria-based location tracking and notification system

A radio frequency anechoic chamber utilizes an expanded central volume defined by two flared pyramidal horns with their outer rims joined together, with the flared sections tapering into rectangular cross-sectioned end volumes on opposite ends of the overall chamber. One end houses the transmitting or receiving antenna and the other end houses the items under test. The transitions between the flared and rectangular sections are configured to minimize diffraction effects and reflections which occur when an electromagnetic wave encounters an edge or surface discontinuity. By reducing reflections and diffraction a near-uniform wave arrives at the item under test, and the more uniform the illumination, the more accurate the results of the test.

A probe antenna is moved along the axis of the chamber and the standing wave created by the source antenna and the reflection from the other end is recorded, first with the short circuit condition, and then with the test sample in place, and the results are compared to yield a figure for the reflectivity of the test sample.
