A manufacturing cell comprises at least one workpiece path having a workpiece supply region of a workpiece supply and a workpiece table of a machine tool. The machine tool has at least two machining robots. The workpiece table comprises at least one suction block assembly. The manufacturing cell has a second workpiece path running in a longitudinal direction of the manufacturing cell and parallel to the first workpiece path, with a second workpiece table comprising at least one suction block assembly. In addition, each suction block assembly can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the manufacturing cell. This increases the output rate of a manufacturing cell and expands its machining capabilities.

A method creates gripping-task-specific gripper sequence programs of an item gripper which is controlled by a gripper control module and has a gripper main body and a gripping tool. The item gripper transmits a gripper-main-body-specific identification signal to the gripper control module. The gripper control module assigns a gripper dataset from a database to this identification signal. The dataset has an allowable value range for each settable parameter of the item gripper. A gripping-task-specific configuration dataset for the item gripper is created by a peripheral device. The gripper control module determines gripping-task-specific target values and test criteria. A processing unit of the item gripper establishes the time profile of the actuation of the gripper drive from the target values and determines gripper-specific test values from the test criteria. The present method creates both a sequence program for closing the item gripper and a sequence program for opening the item gripper.

A track fitting assembly includes at least two mutually parallel tracks for a sliding door system. It further includes at least one Z-shaped carrier part, which has a fastening leg, a vertical leg and a support leg. The track fitting assembly also includes at least one insert part, at least some regions of which may be encompassed by the carrier part. Both the carrier part and the insert part each have a constant cross-section along their entire length oriented in the longitudinal direction. A track system includes at least one such track fitting assembly and at least one additional carrier part and/or at least one additional insert part. A piece of furniture includes such a track system.

A workpiece carriage for workpiece transport includes a guide unit oriented in a longitudinal direction, a drive unit having an electrical supply and a drive motor, and a workpiece gripping unit having two clamping jaws movable relative to one another. A machine tool includes at least one workpiece table, with at least one tool unit movable relative to the workpiece table and with at least two workpiece carriages that are displaceable individually in the longitudinal direction along a machine bed of the machine tool. A manufacturing cell includes such a machine tool and a workpiece supply. The two clamping jaws of the workpiece gripping unit can be displaced relative to one another in a height direction oriented normal to the longitudinal direction and normal to a transverse direction oriented normal to the longitudinal direction. This expands the possible applications of the workpiece carriage.

A manufacturing cell comprises a machine tool that has a tool carrier carrying a tool unit and has two adjacent workpiece paths oriented in a longitudinal direction. The tool unit can be displaced relative to a machine bed of the machine tool in a transverse direction and in a vertical direction. At least one workpiece carriage per workpiece path can be displaced in the longitudinal direction along the machine tool. The tool unit can be displaced in the longitudinal direction relative to the machine bed and/or relative to the workpiece carriages. The tool carrier overhangs or projects beyond the workpiece paths. The individual workpiece carriage can also be displaced in the longitudinal direction along the workpiece supply. Furthermore, the workpiece supply has at least one lowerable or tiltable stop device per workpiece path.

A layer module for use on a robot has an inlet side having an inlet-side mechanical adapter geometry and an outlet side having an outlet-side mechanical adapter geometry. The inlet-side and the outlet-side mechanical adapter geometries are complementary to one another. The layer module has at least one functional assembly. The functional assembly can be contacted electrically, hydraulically and/or pneumatically on the inlet side and/or on the outlet side. An adapter system comprises at least two such layer modules. A layer module system comprises an adapter system and a fixed part, the fixed part being connected to the free inlet side or to the free outlet side of the adapter system. The layer module has at least two locking parts that are mounted in a spring-loaded, displaceable or pivotable manner, and at least two guide elements oriented in the longitudinal direction of the layer module that have geometrically different designs.

A production cell includes a workpiece conveyor device which has at least one workpiece carriage. It further includes at least one workpiece processing device and a workpiece transfer station. A provided workpiece can be conveyed to the workpiece processing station and from the processing station to the workpiece transfer station by the workpiece carriage. The production cell has a workpiece tilting device which is arranged at the workpiece transfer station and a workpiece return device with a workpiece temporary storage device. A workpiece can be transferred to the workpiece return device by the workpiece tilting device at the workpiece transfer station, and the workpiece can be conveyed into the workpiece temporary storage device. The workpiece can be removed from the workpiece temporary storage device and can be provided to the workpiece conveyor device.

A system connects an assembly with at least one actuator and at least one sensor to a controller. The assembly is guided by a handling apparatus. The controller includes a radio master spatially separate from the handling apparatus and has a sending and receiving unit. The assembly is supplied with supply voltage by the handling apparatus. In or on the assembly, the supply voltage is transformed into a direct current target voltage with the aid of a DC/DC or AC/DC transformer. The direct current target voltage supplies the sending and receiving unit of the assembly.

A transfer device for self-propelling workpiece trolleys of a transport system allows ends of one or more route sections to be continuously or intermittently connected. The ends of the route sections are either connected via transfer sections that are rigid and bent at least in sections, or a transfer section—which can be moved along a straight or curved track curve and supporting one or more workpiece trolleys—can be temporarily arranged before the ends of the route sections, which transfer section can be moved back and forth between the ends via a driveable gear unit. At least one transfer device for a transport and/or processing system is developed, with which the workpiece trolleys are transferred from one route section to another.

A braking and/or clamping device for a shaft guided in relation to a basic body, includes an actuating assembly () and a shaft-coupling assembly (). The actuating assembly comprises a split housing () which has two bending plates () which can bulge elastically in certain regions. The bending plates each have gripper jaws () with frictional surfaces (). A sealed pressure chamber (), which can be filled with a pressure medium, is situated between the bending plates. Parts of a shaft-coupling assembly project between the clamping zones, said parts establishing and establish the linking to the braked or clamped shaft. When the pressure in the pressure chamber is relieved, the frictional surfaces of the actuating assembly can be applied to the frictional surfaces of the shaft-coupling assembly, thereby providing the braking and/or clamping force.

A sliding door system includes a door frame and a sliding door leaf that can move relative thereto. A catch is arranged either on the door frame or on the sliding door leaf, which can be coupled to a drive element of a feed device arranged on the respective other component. The feed device has a spring energy store and a cylinder-piston unit. The cylinder-piston unit has a piston that separates a displacement chamber from a compensation chamber. A passage cross-section between the displacement chamber and the compensation chamber can be changed in a load-dependent manner by a piston disk that can be applied at a piston end side. The tension force of the tension spring of a minimal effective length is between 1.5 and 3.5 times the total static friction force of the sliding door leaf and the resistance of the cylinder-piston unit at the maximum passage cross-section.

A power supply system for at least one system for transporting and/or machining workpieces having a plurality of electric drive units is disclosed. The supply grid of the drive units is supplied via at least one recuperating energy storage device, which is electrically connected to a charging device that is fed from an alternating- or three-phase low-voltage grid. The power supply system for a transport and/or machining system draws maximally 50 percent more power from the power supply grid compared to the regular nominal supply current regardless of the occurrence of current peaks.

A retraction device includes a housing and a driving element guided in the housing between a parked position and an end position. A first end of a spring energy accumulator is connected to the housing. The spring energy accumulator is loaded to a maximum operating value when the driving element is in the parked position and is unloaded to a residual energy value when the driving element is in the end position. A second end of the spring energy accumulator can either be fixed to the housing or coupled to the driving element by means of a bistable coupling. The coupling has a blocking element that can be moved between the housing and the driving element.

An adapter system for connecting the last element of a kinematic chain of a handling device to same, wherein the last element has a computer-storage module, as well as at least one actuator and/or at least one sensor. At least three sequentially positioned system modules are arranged between the penultimate and the last element. A first system module is a mechanical module, via which electrical and/or pneumatic connection lines are guided. In a second system module, the connection lines are connected with transition points of a negative adapter geometry of a mechatronic combi-interface. At least one further system module is arranged in a couplable manner between the second system module and the last element. A third system module has an electronics assembly which adapts the predefined system architecture to the device interface of the last element.

A hinge has two arms that can be pivoted relative to one another between a closed initial position and a second position. A first arm has a first guide slide. A second guide slide can be shifted along the pivot axis and can contact the first guide slide. When the two arms are moved towards the initial position, at least one cylinder-piston unit can be loaded by means of the second guide slide. The second guide slide can be rotationally fixedly coupled to the second arm in a first pivoting angle sub-range bordering the initial position and to the first arm in a second pivoting angle sub-range bordering the second position. The hinge has a first control slide rigidly connected to the second arm and a second control slide that makes contact with the first control slide and that is coupled against rotation to the first guide slide.
