A closure cap having a lid portion and a cap skirt. The cap skirt includes an inner thread and defines a closure axis such that the closure cap can be screwed onto an outer thread of a container neck. A circumferential security band is arranged on an edge of the cap skirt facing away from the lid portion and connected to the cap skirt via multiple tearable bridges. At least one latching element is arranged on the inner side of the security band, and the latching element extends inwardly from the security band, wherein the latching element includes a first stop surface having a surface normal arranged at least proportionally tangentially to the cap skirt.

Closure cap and container neck for preventing detachment of a tamperevident strip

The invention concerns a plastic closure part () which can be fixed to a container or a further closure part to be fixed to the container, comprising a tubular discharge portion () whose cross-section is closed by a membrane () which has a tear line () extending peripherally over more than 180&#xb0; along its outer edge and a corresponding method for the production of such a closure. In order to develop a closure part having the features set forth in the opening part of this specification and a method for the production thereof to the effect that the problems occurring upon injection moulding due to narrow flow passages are eliminated it is provided according to the invention that the tear line () is formed by a cut introduced into the material of the membrane () with a cutting or punching tool.

Plastic closure part with severable membrane

Pouring closure for liquid containers with pour spout sealingly fixed to a container neck, the cross section of which is closed by a membrane before use. A portion of the membrane extends transversely, approximately pear-shaped, and connected to the remaining portion via an easily tearable line of weakness and can be detached from the membrane. After detachment, an opening in the membrane is released that is correspondingly pear-shape, and liquid poured selectively out of a relatively narrower section or wider section. The pouring closure is produced by tearing out a membrane section and facilitates dosed pouring. Webs on the inner surface at a close distance parallel to the line of weakness and outside the tear-out section run on both sides of the narrow section of the tear-out portion or of the opening and along at least a portion of a transition region between the narrower and the wider sections.

The present invention concerns a venting cap for liquid containers which besides a pouring opening also has a venting opening with a venting spigot provided with a corresponding venting cap. The venting cap has a closed head plate and a cap skirt which extends downwardly from the head plate and has at least one cylindrical portion having a female thread, wherein above the female thread the cap skirt has a venting portion at which there are provided at a spacing relative to the head plate retaining lugs which extend radially inwardly and define a free inside radius which is smaller than the inside radius of the thread.

Venting cap for liquid containers

A screw closure () has a screw cap () and a tamperproof band (). The screw cap () has a head plate () with a cylindrical lateral cap surface (,provided with an internal thread () and wherein the tamperproof band () has a flexible band () and is connected to the lower periphery of the lateral cap surface () via one or more easy-tear elements (). In order to create a screw closure which has a flexible band and, even with relatively large tolerance deviations between the closure and container neck, still ensures that the tamperproof band can be reliably torn off is thus providing enhanced functional reliability. The flexible band () is a continuously encircling flexible band which, distributed over its circumference, has portions () which can be extended easily and, therebetween, portions () which are less easy to extend.
