The system of highly clean roomsis provided with a living spaceand a spacebetween the roof and the ceiling as subspaces of an enclosed space formed by a room. One of the lateral walls of the roomis constituted of a wallwith an internal space, which is a hollow wall. The internal spaceand the living spaceare in contact via an inner wallof the wall, and a gas exchange membraneis stretched in the inner wall. In a state where the inside of the room or closed space () is kept cleaner than the outside of the room or closed space () by using a fan filter unit () disposed in the room or closed space (), while the subject sleeps, the change over time in the number of dust particles inside the room or closed space () is measured using the dust counter (), and thereby the sleeping state of the subject is detected. The inside of the room or closed space () is preferably kept at a cleanliness of US 209D Class100 or better.
