An electrified vehicle system includes an electric motor coupled to a drive wheel via a plurality of power transmission components and a control device. The control device is configured to act as: a feedforward control section configured based on a transfer function simulating vibration transmission characteristics of a power transmission system, receiving as an input a required torque of the electric motor from a driver, and outputting a base command torque of the electric motor; a timing estimation section estimating, based on information on the power transmission system, a timing at which a backlash between the plurality of power transmission components is eliminated; and a torque correction section applying, to the base command torque, a correction torque for reducing a vibration generated in the power transmission system due to elimination of the backlash, in response to an arrival of the timing estimated by the timing estimation section.

Electrified vehicle system and control method of controlling electrified vehicle

A soundproofing device for a transmission according to the present disclosure is provided to transmit the power of one or more prime movers (for example, internal combustion engine and electric motor). The soundproofing device includes a Helmholtz resonator including: a wall that forms a Helmholtz resonance chamber; and an opening formed in the wall so as to cause the Helmholtz resonance chamber to communicate with the outside of the Helmholtz resonance chamber. The wall includes a transmission case that accommodates the transmission and a housing of a component mounted on the transmission (for example, PCU housing). The Helmholtz resonance chamber is formed between the transmission case and the housing.

Soundproofing device for transmission

A torsional vibration damper having enhanced damping performance is provided. A first gear held in the holding member includes a first engagement member situated in an opposite side of a fluid coupling and a second engagement member situated between a holding member and the fluid coupling. A second gear is meshed with the first engagement member, and a third gear is meshed with the second engagement member. The second gear is integrated with the input member, the third gear is integrated with the inertial mass, and the holding member is integrated with the output member.

Torsional vibration damper

A torsional vibration damper in which noise and vibrations in a planetary gear unit are suppressed is provided. In a planetary gear unit, as an inertial element is oscillated to establish an inertial torque by a relative rotation between a sun gear and a ring gear. Pinion gears are interposed between the sun gear and the ring gear at predetermined intervals, and gear dimensions of one of the pinion gears and gear dimensions of another one of the pinion gears are different from each other.

There is provided a vibration damper which is capable of damping torsional vibrations by pendulum movement of a plurality of inertial masses, and damping vibrations of plurality of order without letting the inertial masses to interfere. A distance between a center of curvature of an inner surface of a first through-hole and a center of curvature of an inner surface of a second through-hole formed in a rotary member is shorter than a distance between a center of curvature of an inner surface of a fifth through-hole and a center of curvature of an inner surface of a sixth through-hole formed in a first inertial mass. Moreover, a distance between a center of curvature of an inner surface of a third through-hole and a center of curvature of an inner surface of a fourth through-hole in a rotary member is longer than a distance between a center of curvature of an inner surface of a seventh through-hole and a center of curvature of an inner surface of an eighth through-hole formed in a second inertial mass.

Vibration damper

An automatic transmission includes a first engagement mechanism selectively engaging a first rotating member to a second rotating member, a second engagement mechanism selectively engaging the first rotating member to a third rotating member, and other engagement mechanisms. At least one of the first or second engagement mechanisms is a dog clutch. The automatic transmission sets intermediate, high and low speed stages by controlling the engagement mechanisms. The first engagement mechanism is kept engaged in shifting from the high speed stage to the intermediate speed stage. The second engagement mechanism is kept engaged in shifting from the low speed stage to the intermediate speed stage. When the automatic transmission sets the intermediate speed stage by controlling the other engagement mechanisms, a rotation speed of the rotating member that is coupled to the first rotating member by the dog clutch coincides with a rotation speed of the first rotating member.

A torsional vibration reduction device that is provided inside of a fluid power transmitting device that has a driving side member that generates a fluid flow, and a driven side member that is driven by the fluid flow, includes a rolling element configured to move in a reciprocating manner according to a variation in torque; a retaining member that has a rolling chamber configured to house the rolling element in a manner that enables the rolling element to move in a reciprocating manner; and a housing configured to shield the rolling element and the rolling chamber from fluid inside of the fluid power transmitting device. Torsional vibration reduction device

A torsional vibration reducing apparatus is provided. The torsional vibration reducing apparatus includes a rotating body having a rolling chamber, and a rolling body including a support shaft portion, a first flange portion, a second flange portion, a first corner portion, and a second corner portion. The inertial mass is held in a chamber formed on the rotary member liquid-tightly together with lubrication oil while being allowed to be oscillated by torque pulses in the rotational direction of the rotary member. An amount of the lubrication oil is adjusted in a manner such that the inertial mass will not be brought into contact with an oil film of the lubrication oil centrifugally adhering to a radially outer section of an inner face of the chamber.

Torsional vibration damping device

A dynamic damper for attenuating torsional vibration of a rotary member, in which a weighted center of a rolling member is offset from a geometric center to trace an elliptical orbit of a cycloid pendulum. The dynamic damper including, a housing having a rolling surface on its inner surface is formed in a rotary member, and a rolling member held in the housing in a manner to be rolled on the rolling surface by torque pulse exerted on the rotary member. In the dynamic damper, a curvature of the rolling surface is entirely constant, and a radius of the rolling member is smaller than that of the rolling surface. A weighted center of the rolling member is offset from a geometric center thereof. The rolling member is guided by a guiding mechanism to roll on the rolling surface.
