A steam valve according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, includes: a valve body that includes a steam flow path through which steam flows, and a valve seat disposed in the middle of the steam flow path and having an opening portion; and a stop valve that includes a valve stem which extends in an axial direction, where an axis extends, and is movable back and forth in the axial direction, and a first valve disc which is fixed to a distal end part of the valve stem and is abutted against the valve seat to close the steam flow path. The valve stem is partitioned into a first valve stem to which the first valve disc is fixed and a second valve stem different from the first valve stem.

A steam valve having a first inclined surface, which is formed at the distal end portion of a valve rod and in which the outer diameter of the valve rod increases from the distal end toward the base end of the valve rod, and a second inclined surface, which is formed on the inside of a portion of a main valve that is positioned on the base-end side of the valve rod and which inclines with the same inclination angle as the first inclined surface. In a state in which a slave valve and the main valve are closed the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are separated from each other, and when the slave valve and the main valve are in a fully open state the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface abut each other.

An on-off valve of the present invention includes a valve box which includes an inlet flow path of steam and an outlet flow path which communicates with the inlet flow path through a communication bole, a stop valve body which opens or closes the communication hole, and a stop valve support portion, in which the outlet flow path extends in a direction intersecting the opening direction of the communication hole toward a downstream side in a flow direction of the steam, and a minimum wall thickness of the valve box is smaller than a minimum wall thickness of the valve box.

A combined cycle power plant includes: an exhaust heat recovery boiler that includes a high-pressure superheater which superheats steam for a high-pressure steam turbine, and a reheater which reheats steam for an intermediate-pressure steam turbine; bypass pipes through which steam bypasses the high-pressure superheater and the reheater; bypass valves that regulate flow rates of steam which flows through the bypass pipes; and a bypass controller that controls the bypass valves such that a difference between thermal effect-amount margins of the turbines is decreased.

Combined cycle power plant and start-up method of the same

An activation control apparatus permits activating a steam turbine safely at high speed in response to a power generation plant state. A heat source apparatus heats low-temperature fluid to generate high-temperature fluid, and steam generation equipment generates steam by thermal exchange with the high-temperature fluid. A steam turbine is driven by the steam, and an adjustment apparatus adjusts a plant operation amount. A thermal effect amount prediction calculation device calculates a prediction value for a thermal effect amount for use for activation control of the steam turbine, and a changeover device decides, based on a state value of the power generation plant, the sensitivity of the thermal effect amount to a variation of the plant operation amount and outputs a changeover signal in accordance with the sensitivity. Based on the changeover signal, an adjustment device calculates the plant operation amount so as not to exceed a predetermined limit value.

A plastic molding die provided with a cavity where a plastic material is put in, wherein a part of an inner surface of the cavity is configured with an elastic body. A molding portion corresponding to a molding surface of a molded product is disposed on the inner surface of the cavity, and the elastic body is arranged on a portion other than the molding portion of the inner surface of the cavity. The plastic molding die may be a molding die for compression molding. The elastic body is made of rubber, and has an upper temperature limit higher than a glass-transition temperature of the plastic material. The degree of rubber hardness of the elastic body is from 50 to 100.
