A motor control system includes a drive motor and a deck motor that are connected to a battery, an ECU, and a key switch. The key switch acquires that an operation unit has been turned on, and transmits a restart permission signal to the ECU. When SOC of the battery reaches or falls below a first threshold set in advance, the ECU performs a step of disabling all the motors, and when the restart permission signal is received, the ECU performs a step of executing a decelerated travelling mode where the disabled state of the drive motor is released and an allowed speed of the drive motor is reduced.

Motor control system and control system for electric motor-driven vehicle

An input pulley, an output pulley, a belt wound across the pulleys, a hydraulic cylinder provided to the input pulley, and a hydraulic servo mechanism that controls an operation of the hydraulic cylinder are provided. The hydraulic servo mechanism includes: a valve chest facing an input side movable sheave; a servo spool slidably inserted in the valve chest, and switches an oil passage in communication with a hydraulic chamber of the hydraulic cylinder; and a feedback spool disposed in such a manner that one end comes into contact with the input side movable sheave a bearing disposed in between, and configured to switch the oil passage to maintain a slid position of the input side movable sheave at a position corresponding to a slid position of the servo spool.

Belt type continuously variable transmission

Provided is a belt-type continuously variable transmission which may prevent a servo spool from sliding even when a movable sieve slides due to reduced pressure in a hydraulic cylinder. A hydraulic servo mechanism comprises a servo spool and a feedback spool, and contiguous members coming into contact with the feedback spool () between a hydraulic cylinder and the feedback spool The present invention also comprises a spool position maintaining unit that makes it possible for the contiguous members to slide in relation to a movable side cylinder case when pressure in the hydraulic cylinder is lower than a predetermined value.

Belt-type continuously variable transmission

A belt type variable speed-change mechanism transmitting a rotational power from a driving shaft to a driven shaft in a continuously variable manner and a constant-speed power-transmitting mechanism transmitting a rotational power at a constant-speed from the driving shaft to a constant-speed driven-side rotational body supported by the driven shaft in a relatively rotatable manner with respect thereto are accommodated in a casing. A planetary gear mechanism including a first element receiving a variable-speed rotational power through the driven shaft, a second element receiving a constant-speed rotational power through the constant-speed driven-side rotational body and a third element outputting a combined rotational power is supported by the driven shaft in the casing.

Continuously variable transmission and working vehicle

A belt-type stepless transmission is provided with: an input shaft; an input pulley having a stationary sheave and a movable sheave; a transmission shaft disposed parallel to the input shaft; an output pulley having a stationary sheave and a movable sheave; a belt wound around the input pulley and the pulley; an output shaft disposed coaxially with the transmission shaft; and a cam mechanism having a sheave-side cam which is provided and affixed to the movable sheave and a shaft-side cam which is provided and affixed to the output shaft and causing the sheave-side cam and the shaft-side cam to make contact with each other to thereby enable the transmission of torque between the movable sheave and the output shaft and apply an axial pressing force corresponding to the torque to the movable sheave.

Belt-type stepless transmission

A transaxle comprises a transmission differential unit including a frictional transmission mechanism and a differential mechanism. The frictional transmission mechanism includes an input shaft, a drive disc provided on the input shaft, and a driven disc whose outer peripheral edge frictionally contacts a disc surface of the drive disc. The differential mechanism includes a pair of coaxial output shafts, and a differential casing differentially connecting the output shafts to each other. The driven disc is ring-shaped and is fitted at an inner peripheral portion thereof on an outer peripheral portion of the differential casing so as to be unrotatable relative to the differential casing and so as to be slidable on the outer peripheral portion of the differential casing in the axial direction of the output shafts.

Transaxle

A lawnmower vehicle which is a working vehicle with an electromagnetic brake includes left and right electromagnetic brakes, a brake relay which is a common brake releasing unit, and an ECU. The ECU compares electricity supply states of the left and right electromagnetic brakes, and controls the brake relay to disconnect an electrical connection between a battery and the left and right electromagnetic brakes, and to brake left and right wheels when a difference in the electricity supply states compared by a comparator exceeds an allowable upper limit.

A front end portion of a sun gear shaft is directly or indirectly supported by a front bearing wall that is detachably connected to a front side of the transmission case and a rear end portion of a planetary outputting member is directly or indirectly supported by an intermediate bearing wall, so that the planetary gear unit is accommodated in a front chamber that is sandwiched by the front bearing wall and the intermediate bearing wall. A front end portion of a forward/rearward-travel input shaft is directly or indirectly supported by the intermediate bearing wall and a rear end portion of a clutch shaft is supported by a rear bearing wall that is detachably connected to the rear side of the transmission case, so that the forward/rearward-travel switch unit is accommodated in a rear chamber that is sandwiched by the intermediate bearing wall and the rear bearing wall.

Traveling system transmission structure for vehicle

A hydrostatic transaxle comprises: a housing; an axle disposed in the housing; a hydraulic motor having a rotary axis disposed in the housing; an inward-and-outward opened hole formed in the housing and disposed on the rotary axis of the hydraulic motor; and first and second motor shafts prepared to serve as a motor shaft of the hydraulic motor for driving the axle. One of the first and second motor shafts is selected to be disposed on the rotary axis of the hydraulic motor in the housing. When the first motor shaft is selected, an outer end of the first motor shaft is disposed in the housing so as to face the hole. When the second motor shaft is selected, an outer end of the second motor shaft projects outward from the housing through the hole.

The axle driving apparatus also includes a second housing having a plurality of cooling fins, an axle rotatably mounted in the second housing, a hydraulic stepless speed change assembly disposed within the second housing. A connecting means, such as a bar and/or plate connects the first and second housings. The plurality of cooling fins on the first housing has a different configuration that the plurality of cooling fins on the second housing.

A power transmission system of a hydraulically driven working vehicle comprises: a prime mover supported by a vehicle frame, the prime mover including a prime mover output shaft projecting in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle; a pump housing; a hydraulic pump disposed in the pump housing, the hydraulic pump including a pump shaft projecting from the pump housing in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle so as to be drivingly connected to the prime mover output shaft; a first hydraulic motor disposed outside the pump housing so as to be fluidly connected to the hydraulic pump; a transaxle supported by one of front and rear portions of the vehicle frame, the transaxle including a transaxle housing, a pair of axles disposed in the transaxle housing so as to be driven by the hydraulic motor, and a differential gear unit disposed in the transaxle housing so as to be drivingly interposed between the hydraulic motor and the pair of axles; a PTO shaft; and a working power train extracting a part of power transmitted from the prime mover output shaft to the pump shaft and transmitting the extracted power to the PTO shaft.
