The object of the present invention is to provide a fluid rotary machine in which dead spaces can be reduced as much as possible even if the machine is enlarged by arranging rotary valves directly behind cylinder chambers. The fluid rotary machine in which first and second double-headed pistons () intersecting within a case body () move linearly back and forth within cylinders () due to the hypocycloid principle along with rotation of shafts () and in which intake and exhaust cycles are repeated in chambers (), wherein cylinder heads () for closing the cylinder chambers () are each provided with rotary valves () which are rotated by drive transmission from the shafts () and which are provided with intake holes and discharge holes () alternately communicated with the cylinder chambers () via communication channels (), and the rotary valves () intersect longitudinal axis of the opposing pistons () and are capable of rotating parallel with output axil lines.

Fluid rotary machine

In the rotary type cylinder device, a first crank shaft is revolved around a shaft and a composite piston assembly is revolved around the first crank shaft in a state where first rotational mass balance relating to first and second piston units around second virtual crank shafts, second rotational mass balance relating to the composite piston assembly around the first crank shaft and third rotational mass balance relating to the first crank shaft and the composite piston assembly around the shaft are uniformly produced by only first and second balance weights which are attached to end parts of the first crank shaft. Therefore, first and second piston units, which are attached to the second cylindrical sections, are linearly reciprocally moved in radial directions of a circular orbit of second virtual crank shafts, which has radius of 2 r, with relatively revolving around the shaft.

Rotary cylinder device

A fluid rotary machine with a decreased footprint and a reduction in the number of parts. The fluid rotary machine has four heads wherein double-headed pistons are disposed inside cylinders in a crisscross arrangement. The rotational balance between rotational parts including the double-headed pistons is achieved only by first and second balance weights which are inserted and incorporated into both ends of a crank shaft coupled eccentrically to a shaft. The shaft is rotated for the double-headed pistons to linearly reciprocate in the cylinders. The fluid rotary machine has rotary valves for switching between the suction and discharge operations of the fluid for each cylinder chamber. The rotary valves are incorporated into a case to be coaxial and integrally rotatable with the shaft.

Disclosed is a small rotary cylinder device wherein friction loss is reduced and energy is conserved by reducing effects of a reaction force applied from cylinders to pistons, which is incorporated in a piston composite body and which linearly reciprocates, the piston composite body being eccentrically connected to a first crank shaft rotating about a shaft. Guide bearings () guide linear reciprocation of first and second piston assemblies () attached to second tube bodies (), which are caused by rotating a first crank shaft () about a shaft () and rotating a piston composite body (P) about the first crank shaft (), in the radial direction of a rolling circle of second imaginary crank shafts (), which has a radius 2r and which is centered at the shaft ().

An inexpensive, productivity-enhanced single-phase AC synchronous motor in which stabilized synchronous pull-in can be carried out by suppressing generation of counter torque during a starting operation. Starting operation is performed while the energizing range of motor current is suppressed such that the energizing direction of motor current waveform lagging in a phase behind the output waveform from a detection sensor () is switched at at least the zero cross point of the output waveform from the sensor when the number of revolutions of a permanent magnet rotor () reaches a predetermined number of revolutions in the vicinity of the synchronous number of revolutions.

Single phase AC synchronous motor

The four-pole synchronous motor comprises a stator core having first magnetic pole cores formed at both ends of a connection body part of crisscrossed connection body parts and second magnetic pole cores formed at both ends of the connection body part. The first magnetic pole cores include magnetic flux acting surface parts extended toward both sides thereof in a circumferential direction. A shape of each magnetic flux acting surface part on one side of a longitudinal centerline of the first magnetic pole cores is different from that on the other side so as to be magnetically asymmetrical with respect to the longitudinal centerline.

Four-pole synchronous motor

A hot-stamping foil tape cassette comprises a hot-stamping foil tape transferred by pressure application together with a value-added medium to the value-added medium and a windup reel for winding up the hot-stamping foil tape. The reel on which the hot-stamping foil tape is wound is stored in a cassette case. A shutter is included which at the time of hot-stamping transfer is in a protective position that protects the hot-stamping foil tape. The shutter at the time of hot-stamping transfer withdraws to a withdrawal position that does not interfere with action of the hot-stamping transfer. After hot-stamping, by the shutter, the hot-stamping foil tape can be peeled from the value-added medium. A rotary cylinder apparatus which prevents a fluid from leaking from a contact portion of a piston and a cylinder member and consequently enables efficient rotation. The rotary cylinder apparatus comprises: a rotary cylinder member which has cylinder chambers and formed thereto so as to pass through a rotary shaft center O and rotates around the rotary shaft center O; pistons and demonstrating reciprocating linear motion in the cylinder chambers and ; a piston holding member which holds the pistons and and rotates around a rotation center X eccentric from the rotary shaft center O of the rotary cylinder member ; and a casing which rotatably supports the rotary cylinder member and has at least one inlet and at least one outlet , wherein the pistons and are rotatably supported at a position away from the rotation center X of the piston holding member by a fixed distance and with that position at the center thereof.

This invention relates to a hot-stamping device comprising a stamping arm with one end being a free end, a stamping section adapted to apply pressure to a hot-stamping foil positioned at the free end to a value-added medium such as ticket wherein the hot-stamping foil is transferred to the value-added medium. A first cam, in contact with said stamping arm, is used for moving a stamping section to close proximity of the value-added medium. A first drive section driving said first cam and a second cam for bringing pressure-exerting load to bear on the stamping section is used to move to close proximity a value-added medium. A second drive section is used for driving a second cam.

Hot-stamping device

A winding device is disclosed comprising a winding mechanism for winding a thin medium, such as paper, film and cloth and the like, output by a printer on a winding core. A looseness-detecting sensor is provided for detecting looseness of the medium and for actuating the winding mechanism upon detection. When a sheet tray is attached to the printer, the looseness-detecting sensor is capable of receding from the moving area of the medium.

Winding device

A winding core holding mechanism is described for holding at least one end portion of a winding core on which a thin medium such as paper, film, or cloth is wound. The mechanism comprises a base fixed in the axial direction of the winding core. A larger diameter reference portion is included, which is capable of axially moving in and out of the base and abuts an end face of the winding core. The mechanism also comprises a tapered larger diameter centering portion which is capable of axially moving in and out of the larger diameter reference portion and fits into the winding core of larger diameter. Also included is a smaller diameter reference portion, which is capable of axially moving in and out of the base and abuts an end face of the winding core of smaller diameter. A tapered smaller diameter centering portion is further included, which is capable of axially moving in and out of the smaller diameter reference portion and fits into the winding core of smaller diameter. In order to hold the winding core of larger diameter, the larger diameter centering portion centers the winding core while falling into the larger diameter reference portion, and also the larger diameter reference portion falls into the base to position the end face at a predetermined reference position with respect to the base. In order to hold the winding core of smaller diameter, the smaller diameter centering portion centers the winding core while falling into the smaller diameter reference portion, and also the smaller diameter reference portion, the larger diameter reference portion, and the larger diameter centering portion fall into the base to position the end face at the reference position.
