An insulating bobbin to be mounted on a stator core has a tooth-endface facing portion that faces an endface portion, in an axial direction, of the tooth portion and a tooth-side-surface facing portion that faces a tooth side surface portion, in a circumferential direction, of the tooth portion; the tooth-side-surface facing portion has a first abutting area that abuts on the tooth side surface portion, a second abutting area that abuts on the tooth side surface portion at a more outer side in a radial direction than the first abutting area abuts thereon, and a middle inner wall surface portion that is situated between the first abutting area and the second abutting area and faces the tooth side surface portion via a space.

Electric rotating machine

A rotating electric machine to which the present invention is applied includes: a plurality of coils provided in a stator for respective phases; a plurality of bus bars having elasticity, which are provided for the respective phases and connected to the plurality of coils; and a holder including a plurality of insertion portions each having a groove shape formed to deform each of the plurality of bus bars.

A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor; a stator having a core annularly arranged facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor, a coil wound around the core and having a coil end formed protruding from an end surface in the axial direction of the core, and an insulator formed on the end surface in the axial direction of the core and insulating the core and the coil; a bus bar arranged on the outer peripheral side of the coil end of the stator; and a terminal block installed on the outer peripheral side of the bus bar for introducing an electric current from an external power source to the stator, and the insulator has a groove portion in which the bus bar is held, and a terminal block housing portion in which the terminal block is held.

Rotating electrical machine

A rotating electric machine includes a rotor, a stator, and a case, wherein each of the sub stator cores has a first insulated bobbin, a stator iron core, a second insulated bobbin, and a coil, and the coil is disposed in teeth parts of the first insulated bobbin, the stator iron core, and the second insulated bobbin, all of which are stacked in layers, and the first insulated bobbin has three ring holding parts which are formed in a core back part and extend to a circumferential direction, and the bus rings are separately inserted into the ring holding parts formed in the first insulated bobbin, and the first insulated bobbin, the stator iron core, and the second insulated bobbin each has a convex part formed at one side face of the core back part and a concave part formed at the other side face of the core back part.

It is realized that a shape of a bus ring is simplified, and a rotary electric machine is downsized. A coil connecting portion, which is protruded from bus ring maintaining portions to a shaft direction, is provided at a bus ring, and coil terminals are arranged in such a way that the coil terminals are protruded toward an outer side in a diameter direction with respect to the coil connecting portion, and the coil terminals and the coil connecting portion are connected by performing a resistance welding process. Thereby, it is not required that a slit and a bent portion or the like are formed at a tip of the bus ring, and a shape of the bus ring is simplified. Moreover, a welding board for a welding process and a chuck board for a connecting portion are not required, so that a rotary electric machine can be downsized.

Rotary electric machine and manufacturing method thereof

A stator includes an iron core cylindrical part, multiple teeth, and a coil. The iron core cylindrical part has multiple circular arc-shaped core back parts. The teeth radially inwardly protrude from an inner circumferential wall surface of the iron core cylindrical part. The coil is wound around each of the teeth. A first coil and a second coil are disposed so as to hold a temperature measuring element therebetween. The first coil has an outer surface provided with a gap made of a recess or a space, which is formed by skipping winding a coil wire. The temperature measuring element for measuring temperature of the coil is inserted in the gap and is assembled.

Rotary electric machine having temperature sensor for coils and manufacturing method thereof

In a motor stator, terminal wires of a coil are led out respectively from a feed-side and a neutral-side coil end. With three circumferentially adjacent first-, second-, and third-phase coils as one set, the leading end portion and intermediate portion of one of three terminal wires led out from the neutral side are connected to each of the remaining terminal wires. A structure wherein the first- and second-phase terminal wires are connected together in one position, and the second- and third-phase terminal wires are connected together in a different position from the one position, is adopted, thus compacting the size of one wire connection portion.

Motor stator and manufacturing method thereof

A plurality of bus rings, which are arranged at bus ring maintaining portions, include coil connecting portions, which are protruded in an outer direction in a shaft direction of a stator core with respect to the bus ring maintaining portions, and terminals of coils of a stator are bent in an outer direction in a diameter direction of the stator core in a state where end surfaces of wall portions of bobbins are used as base points, and are connected to the coil connecting portions of the bus rings, and the end surfaces of the wall portions are protruded in an outer direction in a shaft direction of the stator core with respect to end surfaces of the bus rings, and are positioned in an inner direction in a shaft direction of the stator core with respect to end surfaces of the coil connecting portions of the bus rings.
