A warp knitted fabric to be used for an epidermis material to avoid stickiness and dampness due to sweating when one is seated for a long time, and which is light-weight and provides superior functionality; has a denbigh stitch texture or a cord stitch textureformed by supplying a base yarn by a front guide bar of a warp knitting machine having at least two guide bars, supplying an insertion yarn by a guide bar rearward of the front guide bar to knit an insertion texture, and knitting the insertion yarn underlapping the insertion yarn in the same direction and by an amount corresponding to the same number of needles as the underlapping of the base yarn supplied by the front guide bar, whereby the insertion yarn is exposed at a sinker-loop-side surface of a warp knitted fabric intermittently in a warp direction.

Warp knitted fabric and method of manufacturing same

The skin material for an interior material, formed of a three-dimensional warp knitted fabric includes: front and back ground parts, each of which is formed with knitting yarns guided by at least two guide bars and has at least two knitting patterns, and connecting yarns that connect the front and back ground parts, wherein: the front ground part has a cord stitch pattern and another knitting pattern; a sum of a number of loops of the cord stitch pattern and a number of loops of the another knitting pattern is smaller than a sum of numbers of loops of the at least two knitting pattern forming the back ground part; and a ratio of the number of loops of the another knitting pattern with respect to the number of loops of the cord stitch pattern is from 20 to 80%.

A warp knitting fabric, excellent in a dimension stability and a shape stability or the like and preferably used for underpants or panty, or a shirt or the like, including: tube-shaped fabric parts that form articles in a predetermined pattern; marginal fabric portions that are knitted simultaneously with said fabric parts, and to be eventually cut therefrom; and bridging portions formed by knitting at a predetermined interval in wale direction, each of which connects a fringe of said fabric part onto the marginal fabric portion contiguous to the fringe; and wherein the bridging portions are formed by knitting to have a dimension of 2-20 courses in the wale direction, at an interval of 2-50 courses.

Warp knitting fabric and its manufacturing method

The present invention provides an electromagnetic wave shielding material including a three dimensionally knitted base material and a conductive metal layer formed on the three dimensionally knitted base material, which shielding material is characterized in that it comprises: a heat-fusing thread used at at least a portion of the three dimensionally knitted base material; and a portion in which connection thread is not present, wherein the amount of cutting debris generated at the time of cutting is decreased. According to the present invention, an electromagnetic wave shielding material, which is used for an electromagnetic wave shielding gasket for shielding electromagnetic wave, exhibits good workability if the thickness of the product is relatively thin, suppresses the metal separation and reduces the amount of cutting debris generated at the time of cutting, is obtained.

A three-dimensional knitted fabric having front and back ground structures and an interconnection yarn uniting the ground structures. At least one of the front and back ground structures of the three-dimensional knitted fabric has an uneven pattern with projections and depressions having a great level difference. Ground yarns of the at least one ground structure are traversed by a predetermined traverse width so that the projections each have a curved shape having a distinct curvature in section, and cast off at predetermined intervals so that the depressions each have an opening.

One of the ground structures () and the other ground structure () being knitted with different number of needles, and the number of loops of the ground structure having the smaller number of loops () being 30 to 75% that of the other ground structure having the larger number of loops (). Moreover, the per-area weight of the ground structure having the small number of loops is 60 to 150% of the ground structure having the larger number of loops.

Warp knit fabric with steric structure

A three-dimensionally structured warp knitted fabric has a higher compressibility and resiliency than its conventionally available counterpart, as well as enhanced abrasion resistance to prevent fuzzing. The three-dimensionally structured warp knitted fabric includes a top substructure and a bottom substructure, either of which is a net texture, the other being a plain texture. Substructure connecting yarns connect the two substructures. A plurality of connecting yarn controlling yarns are present between the two substructures and between the substructure connecting yarns. The connecting yarn controlling yarns control the substructure connecting yarns by handling, separating and holding them. The connecting yarn controlling yarns include portions which are stitched into the plain texture side of the top or bottom substructure and portions which are floating between the top and bottom substructures.
