A cooling device for heat-generating devices that are removably inserted into a plurality of slots formed in a cabinet of an electronic apparatus, the cooling device includes: a first cooling device provided in the electronic apparatus; a second cooling device provided outside the electronic apparatus; and a flexible tube that interconnects the first cooling device and the second cooling device so that a coolant is circulated; wherein the first cooling device includes a coolant flow path that is connected to one end of the flexible tube, the coolant flow path cooling both side surfaces of each of the plurality of slots, wherein the second cooling device includes a connector connected to another end of the flexible tube, a cooling unit that cools the coolant, which enters the second cooling device through the flexible tube, and a pump that feeds out the coolant, which has been cooled, to the flexible tube.

A fastening device includes: a screw member that is penetrated through the attachment holes; and a fastening member holding portion, wherein the fastening member holding portion includes: a first surface engagement portion that is located at a first surface side of the plurality of members overlapping each other, and that is engaged with the first surface; an extension portion that extends from the first surface engagement portion to a second surface side as a rear side of the first surface; a second surface engagement portion that is located at the second surface side, and that is engaged with the second surface; and a screw portion that moves the second surface engagement portion to the first surface engagement portion side in response to rotation of the screw member.

Fastening device, casing using same, and fastening method

A conductive roller is arranged so as to project from an opening of an upper surface of a circuit board unit removably accommodated in a rack. An opening of the rack is covered by a conductive thin plate. When the circuit board unit is accommodated in the rack, the roller fits in the opening of the rack and pushes the conductive thin plate. Thus, the circuit board unit and the rack are brought into electrical contact to perform electromagnetic shielding.
