Embodiments of this application relate to the monitoring field, and disclose a method for monitoring an insulation monitoring circuit and a battery management system. In some embodiments of this application, the method for monitoring an insulation monitoring circuit includes: in a state in which a first switch and a second switch are closed and a third switch is open, obtaining a first electrical signal detected by a second monitoring module; and based on the first electrical signal and a voltage reference value between a positive electrode of a battery pack and a negative electrode of the battery pack, determining whether an insulation monitoring circuit is faulty; or obtaining a second electrical signal detected by a first monitoring module and a third electrical signal detected by a third monitoring module, and based on the second electrical signal and the third electrical signal, determining whether the insulation monitoring circuit is faulty.

Method for monitoring insulation monitoring circuit and battery management system

Embodiments of this application relate to the field of circuit technologies. A wake-up circuit and a rechargeable device are disclosed. The wake-up circuit includes an input control module, a drive module, and an output control module. The input control module, the drive module, and the output control module each are connected to an auxiliary power supply. The input control module is configured to output a first level signal when an external voltage signal is received. The drive module is configured to, when the first level signal is received, output a second level signal that lasts for a first preset time. The output control module is configured to, when the second level signal is received, output a wake-up signal that lasts for the first preset time to a battery management system. According to this application, the wake-up circuit and the BMS consume less power of the auxiliary power supply.

A smoke alarm system comprises a smoke alarm, a temperature detector, a first sampling circuit, a second sampling circuit and an analysis module; a first terminal of the first sampling circuit is connected to the smoke alarm, and a second terminal is connected to a first input terminal of the analysis module; the first sampling circuit is used for sampling from the smoke alarm to obtain a smoke sample value which is then output to the analysis module; a first terminal of the second sampling circuit is connected to the temperature detector, and a second terminal is connected to a second input terminal of the analysis module; the second sampling circuit is used for sampling from the temperature detector to obtain a temperature sample value which is then output to the analysis module; and the analysis module determines whether a smoke alarm signal is generated.

The present application discloses a wake-up method and wake-up system for a battery management system. The method may include converting, by a conversion unit, a low-voltage power signal detected at a low-voltage input port into a high-voltage wake-up signal, and receiving, by a high-voltage control module, a working voltage provided by a power battery pack under control of the high-voltage wake-up signal; controlling, by the high-voltage control module, the high-voltage transmission module to be turned on, providing the working voltage to a synchronous rectifying module by the turned-on high-voltage transmission module, and converting high-voltage electric energy provided by the power battery pack into low-voltage electric energy; and transmitting, under control of the synchronous rectifying module, the low-voltage electric energy to the low-voltage controller, and waking up the battery management system by the low-voltage controller.

A battery pack management system includes a controller, an isolation unit, a plurality of battery pack management units, and a plurality of battery packs. The plurality of battery pack management units are connected in series by a first daisy chain, and the plurality of battery pack management units are also connected in series by a second daisy chain. The first daisy chain transmits sampled data that is collected by the battery pack management units from corresponding battery packs and transmits control instructions of the controller. The second daisy chain transmits a failure prompt signal which is generated by a battery pack management unit that detects a failure. A first battery pack management unit and a last battery pack management unit of the plurality of battery pack management units connected in series are connected to the controller through the isolation unit.
