Water proof and dust proof structure of key switch device

A display apparatus includes a display apparatus main body, illuminating component, and transparent plate. The display apparatus main body has a flat screen. The illuminating component is formed into a frame to, correspond to a peripheral edge portion of the screen, and is arranged in tight contact with the screen. The transparent plate is arranged on an opposite side of the screen in tight contact with the illuminating component to face the screen. The illuminating component entirely seals a peripheral portion of a gap between the screen and transparent plate.

A folded type portable radio communication apparatus has a first housing having a first speech receiving section on an inner surface thereof and a second housing having a first speech transmitting section on an inner surface thereof. A hinge section rotatably connects the first housing and the second housing such that the first housing and the second housing are folded to oppose the inner surface of the first housing to the inner surface of the second housing. A second speech receiving section and a second speech transmitting section are provided on an outer surface of one of the first and second housings to allow communication in a folded state.

Disclosed is a keybutton-equipped device which has: a board at a predetermined position on which a predetermined number of sensitive element (e.g., a sensor and switch) at a predetermined position is provided; a case in which the board is mounted and a predetermined number of hole is formed at a position corresponding to the sensitive element on the board; and a keypad which is of stretchy material (e.g., rubber and plastic) and is formed like a tubular body to cover and tighten the case. The keypad has a predetermined number of keybutton that is formed on the outer surface of the tubular body and at a position corresponding to the sensitive element on the board and gives an impulse (e.g., a physical impulse such as pressure, voltage, current, static electricity and magnetic force) to the sensitive element on the board through the hole in the case when it is pressed down.
