The inverter device comprises: an inverter circuit that converts direct current power to alternating current power; and a noise reduction unit that is provided on an input side of the inverter circuit and that reduces common mode noise and normal mode noise that are included in the direct current power. The noise reduction unit comprises: a common mode choke coil; and a smoothing capacitor that, in cooperation with the common mode choke coil, constitutes a low pass filter circuit. The common mode choke coil has: a core that has a first core part and a second core part; a first winding that is wound around the first core part; and a second winding that is wound around the second core part.

An on-board electric compressor that comprises: a housing; a compression unit; an electric motor; and an inverter device. An on-vehicle motor-driven compressor includes a compression unit, an electric motor, and an inverter device. The inverter device includes an inverter circuit and a noise reducer. The noise reducer includes a common-mode choke coil and a smoothing capacitor. The common-mode choke coil includes a loop-shaped core, a first winding wound around the core, a second winding wound around the core, the second winding being spaced apart from and opposed to the first winding, and a loop-shaped conductor that covers the core while extending over the first winding and the second winding. The core includes an exposed portion that is not covered with the conductor. Parts of the conductor that are opposed to each other between the first winding and the second winding are spaced apart from each other.

On-vehicle motor-driven compressor

A common-mode choke coil includes a loop-shaped core, a cover made of a conductor covering at least part of the core, a first winding wound around an outer surface of the cover, and a second winding wound around the outer surface of the cover. The cover includes a first region around which the first winding is wound, a second region around which the second winding is wound, and two connection regions that connect the first region and the second region to each other in a circumferential direction. The cover has first and second slits in an inner circumferential surface. The first slit extends such that the first region is non-continuous with respect to a winding direction of the first winding. The second slit extends such that the second region is non-continuous with respect to a winding direction of the second winding.

An on-board fluid machine includes a housing configured to allow fluid to flow into the housing, an electric motor accommodated in the housing, and a driver that is supplied with DC power and drives the electric motor. The driver includes a low-pass filter circuit and an inverter circuit. The low-pass filter circuit includes a common mode choke coil and a capacitor. The driver further includes a damping unit located at a position where magnetic field lines produced by the common mode choke coil generate eddy current.

On-board fluid machine

An on-vehicle motor-driven compressor includes a compression unit, an electric motor, and an inverter device. The inverter device includes an inverter circuit and a noise reducer. The noise reducer includes a common-mode choke coil and a smoothing capacitor. The common-mode choke coil includes a case, a loop-shaped core accommodated in the case, a first winding and a second winding that are wound around the case, and a loop-shaped conductor that covers the core and the case. Parts of the conductor that are opposed to each other between the first winding and the second winding are spaced apart from each other. The case includes two projections that project from an outer surface of the case. The conductor is held by the two projections such that the conductor is spaced apart from the first winding and the second winding.

A fluid machine includes a housing including a suction port through which fluid is drawn, an electric motor accommodated in the housing, and a drive device configured to drive the electric motor. The drive device includes a circuit board, a heat-generating component, and a metal member. The circuit board includes a pattern wire. The circuit board is opposed to an outer surface of the housing. The heat-generating component is located between the circuit board and the outer surface of the housing and spaced apart from the circuit board. The heat-generating component generates electromagnetic noise. The metal member is at least partially located between the circuit board and the heat-generating component. The metal member is configured to transmit heat from the heat-generating component to the housing and absorb or block the electromagnetic noise.

Fluid machine

An in-vehicle inverter device includes a noise reduction circuit, which has a common mode choke coil configured to reduce common mode noise and normal mode noise contained in DC power, and an inverter circuit, which receives the DC power in which the noise has been reduced. The noise reduction circuit includes: an input-side capacitor and an input-side resistor provided on the input side of the choke coil; an output-side capacitor and an output-side resistor provided on the output side of the choke coil; a first filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the input-side capacitor, and the input-side resistor; and a second filter circuit that includes the choke coil, the output-side capacitor, and the output-side resistor. The first and the second filter circuits reduce leakage noise generated in the inverter circuit.

In-vehicle inverter device and in-vehicle fluid machine

A motor-driven compressor for a vehicle includes a housing, a compression unit, a motor, and an inverter device. The inverter device includes an inverter circuit, a capacitor, a current sensor, a determination means configured to control switching elements in response to the current sensor not detecting a flow of current when the motor stops operating and configured to determine whether or not the current sensor detects a flow of current when controlling the switching elements, and a discharge starting means configured to start discharging the capacitor when the determination means determines that the flow of current has not been detected.

Motor-driven compressor for a vehicle

This on-vehicle power conversion apparatus is provided with: a power conversion circuit to which DC power is inputted; and a noise reduction unit that is configured to reduce common-mode noise and normal-mode noise which are included in the DC power and that is provided to the input side of the power conversion circuit. The noise reduction unit is provided with: a core having a first core part and a second core part; a common-mode chalk coil having a first winding wire wound around the first core part and a second winding wire wound around the second coil part; and a smoothing capacitor that constitutes a low-pass filter circuit cooperatively with the common-mode chalk coil. The power conversion apparatus is further provided with a damping unit provided at a position intersecting the magnetic path of a magnetic flux leakage.

A motor-driven compressor includes a housing, a compression portion, and an electric motor, a drive circuit, a circuit housing, a control circuit, a communication lead, and a metal shielding member. The compression portion and the electric motor are received in the housing. The circuit housing is arranged outside the housing and defines an accommodation chamber that receives the drive circuit. The control circuit is configured to control the electric motor by controlling the drive circuit. The communication lead is connected to the control circuit and drawn from the inside to the outside of the accommodation chamber. The metal shielding member is arranged in the accommodation chamber and covers the communication lead. The circuit housing includes a metal shielding portion, which is electrically grounded. The shielding member is electrically connected to the shielding portion.

A vehicle inverter device is configured to convert DC power to AC power. The vehicle inverter device includes a circuit having switching elements and a noise reducer. The noise reducer is provided on an input side of the circuit and is configured to reduce common mode noise and normal mode noise contained in the DC power. The noise reducer is configured by a common mode choke coil, which includes a core, a first winding wound about a first winding portion of the core, and a second winding wound about a second winding portion of the core.

A protective device protects an LC filter in a vehicle. The vehicle includes a first vehicle-mounted electric device and a second vehicle-mounted electric device. The first vehicle-mounted electric device includes a first power converter.
