The present invention is a deposition prevention method of coking deposits using a turbocharger () including a turbine () including a flow path section having a vane section, a nozzle, and a housing, and a compressor () configured to introduce air into an engine () using rotation of the vane section of the turbine, and installed at an exhaust path () of the engine. The method includes a film coating process of forming a film including an element having a standard free energy change in a carbonization reaction of &#x2212;50 kJ/mol or more on at least one surface of the vane section, the nozzle and the housing of the flow path section of the turbine.

Deposition prevention method and turbocharger

A bearing grease contains a base oil and a thickener. The base oil is a base oil mixture containing a polyalphaolefin and an ester. The bearing grease is used in an atmosphere of a fluorine compound refrigerant containing no hydrogen. A bearing using the bearing grease does not cause elution of grease for a long time. Further, since there is no need for a collecting system unlike lubricating oil, the arrangement around the bearing can be made compact. Thus, the bearing can be easily applied in a form of an energy recovery equipment to a vehicle or various industrial machineries.

Bearing grease

Bearing grease includes an ether base oil and a urea thickener, and is used in an atmosphere of a fluorine compound-based refrigerant. No grease is eluted for a long period in a bearing with use of the bearing grease. Moreover, since a collection system is unnecessary unlike a lubricating oil, the surroundings of the bearing can be made compact. Accordingly, the bearing with use of the bearing grease is easily applicable to automobiles and a variety of industrial machinery as an energy collection apparatus using the Rankine cycle.
