A diaphragm pump, includes a case, a diaphragm dividing a space in the case into a first space and a second space, a liquid feed flow path including an inflow path to introduce a liquid to be fed into the first space and an outflow path to discharge the liquid to be fed from the first space, a drive unit including a compression/decompression device that repeatedly causes displacement of the diaphragm by repeating compression and decompression of a driving fluid filling the second space, and a valve mechanism to open and close the inflow path and the outflow path. The drive unit includes a pressure release mechanism to release pressure of the driving fluid after the driving fluid is compressed or decompressed by the compression/decompression device.

Diaphragm pump and blood purification apparatus using same

A blood purification apparatus is provided in which waste liquid is prevented from flowing through an ultrafiltration pump during ultrafiltration so that the performance and accuracy of ultrafiltration can be maintained over a long period. The blood purification apparatus includes an ultrafiltration line one end of which is connected to a dialysate introduction line at a position on a downstream side with respect to a duplex pump. The ultrafiltration line is provided with the ultrafiltration pump. The ultrafiltration pump is capable of performing ultrafiltration by drawing dialysate in the dialysate introduction line through the ultrafiltration line such that the volume of the dialysate to be introduced into a dialyzer becomes smaller than the volume of waste liquid to be drained from the dialyzer.

Blood purification apparatus

A dialysis base unit that is provided separately from a dialysate supply device for delivering dialysate and performs hemodialysis using the dialysate delivered from the dialysate supply device. The dialysis base unit includes a dialysate supply device identifying unit capable of identifying the dialysate supply device connected to the dialysis base unit. A dialysis system includes the dialysate supply device for delivering dialysate and the dialysis base unit.

To provide a blood purification apparatus in which the hot-water-disinfection time can be optimized with consideration for environmental conditions. A blood purification apparatus provided with a dialyzer for giving dialysis treatment to a patient, and with a tube for introducing dialysate into or discharging drain liquid from the dialyzer. The apparatus includes a thermistor that is capable of detecting an environmental condition at a time of a hot-water-disinfection process in which the tube is disinfected with hot water or a parameter regarding the environmental condition, and an estimating device that estimates a hot-water-disinfection time required for the hot-water disinfection of the tube in accordance with the environmental condition or the parameter regarding the environmental condition detected by thermistor.

A blood purification apparatus is provided that can easily and accurately determine before treatment whether or not blocking of liquid by a check valve is appropriate. In the blood purification apparatus including a blood circuit, a dialyzer, a dialysate introduction line and a dialysate discharge line, pressure detection device, a dialysate extraction device, a dialysate supply line, and a check valve that blocks flow of a liquid from the blood circuit to the dialysate introduction line, there are provided a control means that makes it possible to generate a pressure difference between a side of the blood circuit and a side of the dialysate introduction line across the check valve, a monitor means that makes it possible to monitor a change in a detection value of the pressure detection device based on the pressure difference, and a determination means that makes it possible to determine whether or not blocking of liquid by the check valve is appropriate based on the change in the detection value of the pressure detection device.

A dialysate-extracting apparatus is provided in which scattering of dialysate that may occur when an opening-and-closing device is detached from a collecting port can be prevented and the cleanliness of the collecting port can be assuredly maintained. The dialysate-extracting apparatus includes a dialysate-extracting device connected to a dialysate flow route and having a collecting port from which dialysate flowing in the dialysate flow route is collectable, and an opening-and-closing device detachable from and attachable to the dialysate-extracting device in such a manner as to open and close the collecting port and including a seal portion that seals the collecting port in a closed state. When the opening-and-closing device is detached from the dialysate-extracting device, a part of the opening-and-closing device that is on an inner side with respect to the seal portion is bendable and displaceable toward the collecting port.

Dialysate-extracting apparatus

A dialysate extraction device comprising a dialysate extraction means including an inlet port and an outlet port adapted to be connected to a flow path of fluid for flowing the fluid therethrough and a projected collection port for collecting the fluid flowing through the inlet and outlet port; a outer circumference wall part mounted on the dialysate extraction means so that it covers a projected end of the collection port and is projected therefrom; a connection member formed with a connection portion to be connected to the collection port and a fitting portion to be fitted into an inner circumference of the outer circumference wall part and adapted to extract the fluid through the collection port under a condition in which the connection portion is connected to the outer circumference wall part; and correction portions formed on the inner circumference of the outer circumference wall part for correcting position and attitude of the connection member relative to the collection port before a tip end of the connection member reaches the projected end of the collection port during insertion of the connection member into the outer circumference wall part.

To provide a dialysate extraction apparatus which can automate disinfecting work for a collection port or a sealing device of an opening/closing device and can reliably and easily clean the collection port or the sealing device of the opening/closing device. A dialysate extraction apparatus includes a dialysate extraction device that has an introduction port and a discharge port which are connected to a flow route of a liquid and can circulate the liquid and that has a collection port which can collect the circulated liquid; a cap that is attachable to and detachable from the collection port of the dialysate extraction device and can open and close the collection port; a sealing device that is attached to the cap and seals the collection port in a state where the cap is attached to the collection port of the dialysate extraction device; and a heating device that can heat the sealing device of the cap.
