A bus bar assembly structure includes an electrode terminal and a plate-shaped bus bar that is assembled to the electrode terminal. The bus bar has a burr along an edge of one of openings of an insertion hole. A threaded portion of a nut has a tapered portion at an edge of one of openings of the threaded portion, and a largest diameter of the tapered portion is greater than a bore diameter of the insertion hole. A flat portion of the bus bar is held between a bolt and a nut while the burr is located within a space created by the tapered portion.

Bus bar assembly structure and battery module

A battery pack has a sealed case. Battery modules are accommodated in the sealed case. An opening in the main body is closed by a rectangular plate-shaped lid member. The lid member has a releasing portion and a joint portion. When the internal pressure of the sealed case increases, the lid member is deformed away from an opening edge of the opening. This discharges gas from the sealed case through the releasing portion. In addition, the joint between the joint portion and the opening edge is maintained even when the internal pressure of the sealed case increases, deforming the releasing portion, and the gas inside the sealed case starts to be discharged. A protrusion of a rib is provided between the releasing portion and the joint portion.

Battery pack having lid with releasing portion

A battery pack has a sealed case. Battery modules are housed in the sealed case. Each battery module contains multiple battery cells. The sealed case has a main body having an opening. The opening in the main body is closed by a rectangular plate-shaped lid member. The lid member has a first releasing portion and a second releasing portion, which are opened when the internal pressure of the sealed case increases. The second releasing portion is arranged below the first releasing portion in the vertical direction.

Battery pack

A vehicle body includes an accommodating portion that accommodates a battery pack. A communication hole, which connects the outside and the inside the accommodating portion, is formed in one of the side walls of the vehicle body. The battery pack includes battery cells and a sealed case that accommodates the battery cells. The sealed case includes a case main body having an opening and a lid member fixed to the case main body. The lid member has a first releasing portion and a second releasing portion. A connecting portion for connecting a charging plug to the battery pack is inserted in the communication hole. The connecting portion is connected to the battery cells via wires. The first releasing portion and the second releasing portion are arranged to face a wall of an accommodating body.

Battery unit

This battery pack is provided with a housing, a case, a battery cell, a sealing material and a spacer. The case includes a lid member fixed to the housing so as to close a through-hole in the housing. The lid member is bolted to a through-hole peripheral part of the housing. When the internal pressure of the case rises, part of the lid member deforms in a direction away from the through-hole peripheral part, releasing the internal pressure of the case. The battery cell is accommodated inside of the case. The sealing material is arranged between the lid member and the through-hole peripheral part so as to ensure the air-tightness of the case. The spacer is arranged between the lid member and the through-hole peripheral part so as to maintain the interval between the lid member and the through-hole peripheral part.

A battery pack includes a battery module including a plurality of cells, a housing that accommodates the battery module and is thermally coupled to the battery module, and a temperature adjuster that is thermally coupled and attached to the housing. The temperature adjuster changes a temperature of the housing.

A battery pack includes a sealed case and a battery cell accommodated in the sealed case. The sealed case includes a case body, which has an opening, and a lid member, which is fixed to the case body by a plurality of bolts and closes the opening. When distances between adjacent ones of the bolts are compared, the distance between a specific adjacent pair of the bolts is greater than that between any other adjacent pair of the remaining bolts.

An exhaust gas processing device () intermittently introduces anode off-gas from a fuel cell (). The exhaust processing device () discharges the anode off-gas after diluting it with dilution gas. The exhaust gas processing device () includes a dilution container () and a partition plate (), which divide the interior of the dilution container () into a first chamber () and a second chamber (). The partition plate () has a clearance (), which connects the first chamber () and the second chamber () to each other. The exhaust gas processing device () includes a discharge portion () provided in the first chamber (), a dilution gas inlet portion () provided in the first chamber (), and an anode off-gas inlet portion () provided in the second chamber ().
