An encoder includes: a magnet rotatably supported; a control board including a magnetic field sensor that detects a magnetic field produced by the magnet and outputs a signal, and an arithmetic unit that detects rotation of the magnet on the basis of the output of the magnetic field sensor; a magnetic shielding cover made of a soft magnetic material; an encoder bracket used to fix the magnetic shielding cover; a protective cover fixed with being sandwiched between the magnetic shielding cover and the encoder bracket to cover the magnet and the control board to prevent entry of foreign substances; and a sealing member sandwiched between the protective cover and the encoder bracket. The magnetic shielding cover covers the magnet, the control board, and the protective cover, and the sealing member is compressed between the encoder bracket and the protective cover.

An encoder includes a magnetic sensor having higher detection sensitivity to a magnetic field applied in a reading direction, while having lower detection sensitivity to a magnetic field applied in a direction forming a greater angle with respect to the reading direction, an encoder substrate having the magnetic sensor mounted thereon, a magnetic shield to shield against a magnetic field including a side portion covering sides of the magnetic sensor and a top-side portion covering a top of the magnetic sensor, a permanent magnet located to face the encoder substrate, a shaft having the permanent magnet attached to a tip end of the shaft, and a bracket to support the shaft in a rotatable manner, wherein on the side portion of the magnetic shield, a notch as a connector insertion portion is located not to overlap an extended area of the magnetic sensor in the reading direction.

A stator includes an insulator, a wire, a stator core, a cylindrical hollow terminal through which the stator is to be electrically connected, and a resinous molding material covering the stator core and an outer face of the hollow terminal. An inner face of the hollow terminal is exposed from the molding material, and a first end of the hollow terminal is open to the outside of the molding material.

Provided is a method for fabricating a molded stator of a rotary electric machine, the method comprising: a lamination step of laminating a plurality of core sheets each having a plurality of core pieces connected to one joining portion via bridge portions, thereby forming a divided-laminated-core group structure; a winding step of winding a coil on a teeth portion of each divided laminated core of the divided-laminated-core group structure; a cutting step of cutting the bridge portions, thereby separating the divided laminated cores wound with the coils; a temporary fixing step of temporarily fixing the divided laminated cores circularly arranged to form a stator; and a molding step of placing, in a mold, the stator into which a mold mandrel is inserted along the inner circumferential surface, and molding an outer circumferential surface of the stator with resin.

Method for fabricating molded stator of rotary electric machine

The present invention provides a method of producing a composite particle for high density electrochemical element electrodes in electrochemical elements having low internal resistance and high capacitance. Slurry containing an electric conductive material and a binder is obtained, and the slurry is sprayed to a fluidized electrode active material to carry out fluidized-granulation, and further particles obtained by the fluidized-granulation are rolling-fluidized granulated, and thereby, composite particle for electrochemical element electrode, containing electrode active materials, electric conductive materials, and binders, and being structured of an outer layer portion (outer shell portion) and an inner layer portion (core portion) are obtained.

The present invention aims at providing slurry for electrodes having advantageous homogeneity and stability, an electrode having advantageous homogeneous thickness and density, and further, a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having small variability in battery properties. In the present invention, slurry for electrodes is produced by using the binder composition used for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery wherein polymers for binding active materials are dissolved or dispersed in organic solvent or water, and a total sum of content ratios of monomer and oligomer is 300 ppm or less.

The present invention provides a method of producing composite particle for high density electrochemical element electrodes in electrochemical elements having low internal resistance and high capacitance. Slurry containing an electric conductive material and a binder is obtained, and the slurry is sprayed to a fluidized electrode active material to carry out fluidized-granulation, and further particles obtained by the fluidized-granulation are rolling-fluidized granulated, and thereby, composite particle for electrochemical element electrode, containing electrode active materials, electric conductive materials, and binders, and being structured of an outer layer portion (outer shell portion) and an inner layer portion (core portion), where the outer shell portion and the core portion are made by bonding the electrode active material and the electric conductive material by the binder, and the weight average particle diameter of the electrode active material and the electric conductive material which form the outer shell portion is smaller than the weight average particle diameter of the electrode active material and the electric conductive material which form the core portion are obtained.

An electrochemical element electrode for obtaining electrochemical elements having both low internal resistance and high capacitance, and a secondary battery and an electric double layer capacitor using the electrode are provided. An electrochemical element electrode which is made by forming an active material layer on a collector, and the active material layer is formed by press-molding composite particles with high strength at moderate pressure not to crush the composite particles under pressure, while the structures of the composite particles being maintained, to bond the composite particles together, wherein the composite particles comprise an electrode active material, an electric conductive material, a dispersible binder and a soluble resin, in which the electrode active material and the electric conductive material are bonded by the dispersible binder. By use of this electrode, an electric double layer capacitor or a secondary battery is obtained.
