A security management system, comprising: an authentication unit for authenticating an operator of an operating terminal in order to determine whether the operator is permitted to log in or release a lock; a current operator information inquiry unit for inquiring for login status information and current operator information; an authority information inquiry unit for inquiring for authority information regarding the operator and that regarding the current operator; a lock unit for detecting an event, where a predetermined lock condition is satisfied, in the login status to allow the operating terminal to change to a lock status, and for allowing the operating terminal to change to an operable status in response to a login instruction or an instruction for a release; and a lock control unit for transmitting the instruction for a release to the lock unit when a predetermined condition is satisfied.

A radiation report system includes a storage unit for storing a plurality of records including an exposure dose, an examination protocol, an examination part, a patient's age and a patient's weight with regard to the plurality of radiation examinations using a plurality of radiation diagnosis apparatuses. The plurality of records stored in the storage unit is classified into a plurality of groups based on the examination protocol, the examination part or patient information. An exposure report is created for each group based on the plurality of records stored in the storage unit. The data of the exposure report is served with a client side terminal.

There is provided an electronic clinical recording system handling, as electronic data, information including a patient's consultation record. The system comprises a portable storage medium for storing the patient's consultation record; an element for writing the patient's consultation record described in a structured language into the storage medium; and an element for reading the patient's consultation record from the storage medium. The writing element includes a converting/producing element for converting or producing link information in the consultation record when the consultation record is written in the storage medium, the link information being indicative of making reference to one or more specified files relevant to the consultation record and prepared as external information. The reading element includes a data acquiring/referencing element for acquiring or referencing the one or more specified files indicated by the link information when the consultation record is read from the storage medium.
