An intellectual productivity evaluation device includes: an obtainment unit configured to obtain a set of answer times required by a subject to accomplish a task of answering a plurality of questions, the task being imposed on the subject as intellectual work; an evaluation unit configured to calculate an evaluation value related to a depth of concentration of the subject in a concentrated state using the set of answer times obtained by the obtainment unit based on a model in which the subject is in the concentrated state or an unconcentrated state during the intellectual work; and an output unit configured to output evaluation value information indicating the evaluation value calculated by the evaluation unit.

Intellectual productivity evaluation device and intellectual productivity evaluation method

An intellectual-productivity analysis apparatus includes a presentation device, an input device, and an evaluation device. The presentation device presents a plurality of questions to a test subject. The input device allows the test subject input an answer to each question. The evaluation device includes a work memory part and an evaluating arithmetic part. The work memory part stores the answering time from a time when a question is presented on the presentation device to a time when the answer is inputted into the input device for each of the plurality of questions. The evaluating arithmetic part calculates an evaluation value on the intellectual productivity of the test subject during a measurement period of measuring the answering time of each of the plurality of questions by extracting a feature amount from the set of the answering time stored in the work memory part.

Intellectual-productivity analysis apparatus and program

An environmental apparatus control system for a comfortable residential environment based upon demands from the residents. The system includes a project composer which relies upon a first reference (R) and a second reference (R) to determine a control project based upon the demands. The references are each determined by a first proportion of the count of the temperature lowering demands in the total number of the residents, and a second proportion of the count of the temperature raising demands in the total number of the resident. A first proportion of the count of the first demands in the number of the residents, and a second proportion of the count of the second demands in the number of the residents are obtained to give a current demand ratio which is compared with first and second references for determination of the control project. The first and second references and are defined respectively as different ratios of the first proportion to the second proportion.

Environmental apparatus control system

An environmental apparatus control system assures a consistent temperature control for realizing a comfortable residential environment based upon demands from the residents, yet in an energy-saving manner. The system includes an apparatus for controlling a residential space, and an initializer which provides an initial target value for control of the residential space at the start of operating the system. Comfortableness demands from residents are analyzed in order modify the initial target value to a working target value. The initial target value is shifted in a direction of saving the energy such that the working target value can always approach from and settle on the energy-saving side as the demands from the residents are analyzed. The working target values within a past time period are weighted to give a corrected target value which replaces the initial target value for the start of next operation cycle of the system.
