In a multilayer film including a first layer (), a second layer (), a third layer (), a fourth layer () and a fifth layer () stacked in this order, the first layer () is composed of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer and/or a polypropylene homopolymer, and the second layer () and the fourth layer () are each composed of a mixture of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer and an &#x3b1;-olefin elastomer.
