An integrated electromagnet comprises a magnetic yoke and magnetic poles in two rows. An axis of magnetic core in the magnetic pole is perpendicular to the magnetic yoke. The magnetic poles comprise first and second magnetic poles that are arranged alternatively in a row. The first magnetic pole in any row is adjacent to the second magnetic pole in the other row. The first magnetic poles in a row are connected to a one-way output controller and the second magnetic poles in a row are connected to a bidirectional output controller. In a guiding state, the magnetic poles in a row have a same polarity, and a polarity of the magnetic poles in one row is opposite to that in the other row; current output by the bidirectional output controller in a braking state has direction opposite to current output by the bidirectional output controller in the guiding state.

Integrated electromagnet and maglev train

A linear motor comprises a primary part and a secondary part opposite to each other. An air gap is reserved between the primary and secondary parts. The air gap has first spacing in non-operating state and second spacing in operating state. The side surface of the primary part facing the secondary part is provided with a magnetically conductive film that has elasticity in the thickness direction and a thickness greater than the first spacing and less than the second spacing. The magnetically conductive film comprises magnetically conductive base bodies and non-magnetically conductive base bodies alternately distributed along the surface of the magnetically conductive film, and the magnetically conductive base bodies are filled with magnetically conductive materials. The magnetically conductive base bodies cover magnetic poles on the side surface of the primary part facing the secondary part, and the non-magnetically conductive base bodies shield gaps between the adjacent magnetic poles.

A vehicle-mounted controller (), an electromagnet controller, and an electromagnet are subjected to joint test by means of the magnetic levitation test system integrated with a vehicle-mounted controller test bed (), an electromagnet controller test bed (), and an electromagnet test bed (). The running condition of a train can be simulated, and the vehicle-mounted controller (), the electromagnet controller, and the electromagnet are subjected to joint test under the simulated running condition of the train. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted controller (), the electromagnet controller, and the electromagnet are subjected to function verification, thereby reducing the fault rate when the vehicle-mounted controller (), the electromagnet controller, and the electromagnet are used at the same time.

A railway vehicle with an aerodynamic lift control device is disclosed. An equipment compartment is formed between a vehicle body bottom plate at the bottom of a vehicle body and a passenger room floor, and the aerodynamic lift control device is provided in the equipment compartment; the aerodynamic lift control device comprises an aerodynamic lift regulation fan and aerodynamic lift air ducts, and an aerodynamic lift regulation air port located within the aerodynamic lift control range is formed in the vehicle body bottom plate; one end of each aerodynamic lift regulating air duct communicates with the aerodynamic lift regulation air port, and the other end communicates with the aerodynamic lift regulating fan; and the aerodynamic lift regulation fan changes the pressure distribution form of the bottom of the train by blowing positive pressure airflow or sucking negative pressure airflow.

A moving part of a maglev train, comprising two levitation frames that are arranged at an interval along the direction of travel, the two levitation frames being connected by means of a vertical beam; a peripheral wall of the vertical beam provided with a slot that may reduce the torsional rigidity thereof, being capable of reducing the torsional rigidity of the traditional vertical beam so as to reduce the coupling effect between the two levitation frames that are connected by means of the vertical beam, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty and energy consumption of levitation control. The levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with a vertical shock absorber and a horizontal absorber having suitable damping values, the levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with horizontal stoppers and vertical stoppers which may prevent excessive horizontal movement, rollover and overturning.

The electromagnetic transverse active damping system comprises an electromagnet controller, wherein the electromagnet controller can determine a value of a damper target gap for an electromagnet active damper according to acquired train transverse acceleration, train position information and train speed, and control the action of the electromagnet active damper according to the determined value of the damper target gap; and electrical control is employed during the control of the electromagnet active damper by the electromagnet controller.

Electromagnetic transverse active damping system, and control method and apparatus therefor

An auxiliary power supply device for a multiple-unit train is provided. A normally-open main contact of a three-phase isolation contactor is connected in series between a three-phase four-wire bus of a first unit and a three-phase four-wire bus of a second unit, and a coil of the three-phase isolation contactor is connected in series in a power supply circuit of the first unit and a power supply circuit of the second unit; a control circuit of the first unit controls the power supply circuit of the first unit to be energized when the three-phase four-wire bus of the first unit supplies power, to close the normally-open main contact; and the control circuit of the second unit controls the power supply circuit of the second unit to be energized when the three-phase four-wire bus of the second unit supplies power to close the normally-open main contact.
