A scan-type display device control circuit is suitable for receiving successive frame data and driving a light-emitting diode (LED) display device accordingly. The scan-type display device control circuit includes a ping-pong buffer, a data storage controller, a line scan controller, a display buffer, and a scrambled pulse width modulation (PMW) signal generating device. The scan-type display device control circuit can utilize frame data circularly and repeatedly, so as to prevent a great mass of data from being transmitted repeatedly. Therefore, a band width for inputting data can be reduced significantly. Furthermore, the scrambled PMW signal generating device can scramble a PMW signal with a long period into a plurality of scrambled PMW signals with a short period. Therefore, the refresh rate can be efficiently enhanced without changing the band width for inputting data.

Scan-type display device control circuit

A photovoltaic circuit configured to supply an output current to a tank module is provided. The photovoltaic circuit comprises a photovoltaic transformation module, a first process module, a plurality of second process modules, and a first control module. The process modules are connected to each other in parallel. The process modules in the parallel connection are connected to the photovoltaic transformation module and the tank module in series. The first control module is connected to the first process module and generates a control signal to the process modules in response to a divided current, a modulation current, and a last output current generated by the first process module. Thereby, the process modules interlacedly output the corresponding modulation current as the output current supplied to the energy reserve module.

Photovoltaic circuit

The present invention discloses a cooperation circuit, comprising: a first control module, capable of generating a first control signal and a second control signal, the pulse width of the first control signal being determined by the pulse width of the second control signal; and a second control module, coupled to the first control module to receive the first control signal and the second control signal and generate a third control signal according to the first control signal and the second control signal; wherein, according to the first control signal and the second control signal, the second control module enables the third control signal and the second control signal to exhibit the same frequency and the same duty cycle with a phase delay.

Cooperation circuit

A chain-chopping current mirror and a method for stabilizing output currents are disclosed. The current mirror includes multiple output nodes, a bias source unit, multiple current mirroring units and multiple switch components. The bias source unit provides a reference bias according to the received current. Each of the current mirroring units outputs an output current according to the reference bias. The control terminal of each the switch component receives a clock signal and determines whether the first terminal thereof is coupled with the second terminal or the third terminal thereof according to the clock signal, wherein the first terminal of the iswitch component is coupled with the output terminal of the icurrent mirroring unit, the second terminal thereof is coupled with the ioutput node and the third terminal thereof is coupled with the (i+1)output node, where i is a natural number.

Chain-chopping current mirror and method for stabilizing output currents

An auto-range current mirror circuit has a current sensing circuit, a front and rear stage current mirrors each has an adjustable amplifying rate. The current sensing circuit presets a threshold current and has an input current of the front stage current mirror. The current sensing current compares the input current with a threshold current and then outputs a controlling signal to the front and rear stage current mirrors to adjust a suitable amplifying rate. Therefore, a bias current of the rear stage current mirror is amplified by the suitable amplifying rate to improve the quality of output current of the rear stage current mirror.
