A metal electrode of a ceramic capacitor and a method of forming the same are provided. The method includes mixing metal powders and a barium titanate organic-precursor to obtain precursor powders; adding an adhesive to the precursor powders to obtain a metal slurry; performing a molding process to the metal slurry to obtain a film material; performing a binder burn-out process to the film material to obtain a degumming film; and performing a sintering process to the degumming film to obtain the metal electrode. By mixing specific amount of barium titanate organic-precursor with the metal powders, the barium titanate metallic organic-precursor can be transformed to barium titanate in the following process, and barium titanate can be dispersed between the metals homogeneously. Therefore, electrode continuity can be increased.

A chi (&#x3c7;)-alumina dispersion and coating slurry of digital printing medium containing the same is disclosed, which includes flaked porous &#x3c7;-alumina nanoparticles with high specific surface area but without gamma (&#x3b3;)-alumina obtained by subjecting gibbsite to thermal treating, physical wet-milling and pH adjusting processes. Since the &#x3c7;-alumina nanoparticles without dyes and pigments have high ink absorptivity and low cost, they can be applied to the coating layer of the digital printing medium instead of conventional silica material.

Chi (&#x3c7;)-alumina dispersion and application to coating slurry of digital printing medium

A chi (&#x3c7;)-alumina dispersion and coating slurry of digital printing medium containing the same is disclosed, which includes flaked porous &#x3c7;-alumina nanoparticles with high specific surface area obtained by subjecting gibbsite to thermal treating, physical wet-milling and pH adjusting processes. Since the &#x3c7;-alumina nanoparticles have high ink absorptivity and low cost, they can be applied to the coating layer of the digital printing medium instead of conventional silica material.

A high-temperature catalytic material and a method for producing the same are disclosed. The high-temperature catalytic material is obtained by subjecting a mixture of gibbsite and boehmite in a desired weight ratio to a single dry thermal treatment in the air, without alkaline or hydrothermal treatment, so as to obtain multiphase alumina powder as the high-temperature catalytic material. The multiphase alumina powder applied in the high-temperature catalytic material can raise the temperature of phase transformation, maintain its high specific surface area when suffering high temperatures for a long time, prolongs its lifetime, and reduces the usage of noble metals, resulting in great reduction of cost.

High-temperature catalytic material and method for producing the same

A method for producing nano-scale theta (&#x3b8;)-phase alumina microparticles is disclosed. The nano-scale &#x3b8;-phase alumina microparticles are uniform in particle size and highly phase-pure. They are obtained by controlling the ratio of boehmite mixed with the &#x3b8;-phase alumina initial powders, followed by at least one phase transformation. Therefore, the nano-scale &#x3b8;-phase alumina microparticles produced by the present method have more uniform particle size and highly purer phase. As such for the production of nano-scale &#x3b8;-phase alumina microparticles, the present method saves more process time and cost, and it provides an advantage such as the clean production.
