A preparation method of a positive electrode material of a lithium battery is provided, including mixing a compound containing at least one ethylenically-unsaturated group and one carbonyl group or a derivative thereof and a Ni-rich oxide of lithium and transition metal to react. The compound containing at least one ethylenically-unsaturated group and one carbonyl group is selected from a group consisting of a maleimide-based compound, an acrylate-based compound, a methacrylate-based compound, an acrylamide-based compound, a vinylamide-based compound, and a combination thereof, and the Ni-rich oxide of lithium and transition metal is represented by formula I,LiNiMO  Formula I wherein x+y=1, 1>x≥0.5, and M is at least one transition metal element except Ni.

Preparation method of positive electrode material of lithium battery

A manufacturing method of a protein sensor includes the following steps. A hydrophobic material is provided and the hydrophobic material has a surface. An atmospheric pressure plasma process is performed to form a hydrophilic functional group on the surface of the hydrophobic material. A first antibody is immobilized on the surface of the hydrophobic material by the hydrophilic functional group. A mixed solution is prepared. The mixed solution includes a second antibody and an analyte, and the second antibody binds to the analyte. The mixed solution is reacted with the first antibody immobilized on the surface of the hydrophobic material to bind the first antibody to the analyte. Furthermore, a protein sensor manufactured by the above-described manufacturing method of the protein sensor is also provided.

The oligomer-polymer is obtained by a polymerization of a polymerizable compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group and at least one active hydrogen group in the same molecule. An electronic paper display apparatus comprises an electronic paper display unit, a control unit electrically connected to the electronic paper display unit and including a power-level detection circuit, a storage unit at least storing an identification/alert information and electrically connected to the control unit, a wireless communication module and a power unit. The wireless communication module is electrically connected to the control unit and includes a satellite positioning receiving unit, which receives a current satellite positioning signal of the electronic paper display apparatus. The power unit is at least electrically connected to the power-level detection circuit of the control unit. When a power of the power unit is greater than or equal to a first power threshold and less than or equal to a second power threshold, the control unit loads the identification/alert information and a satellite positioning information in the storage unit into the electronic paper display unit.

The cathode and the anode are configured separately, and a housing region is defined between the cathode and the anode. The present invention provides an electrolyte solution including an ionic liquid having the structure of formula (I): wherein Ris C-Calkyl, Ris C-Calkyl, Ais defined in the specification. The electrolyte solution of the present invention has high conductivity and high thermal stability.

The invention provides a lithium battery, including: a cathode plate and an anode plate; a separator disposed between the cathode plate and the anode plate to define a reservoir region; and an electrolyte filled in the reservoir region. A thermal protective film is provided to cover a material of the cathode plate or the anode plate. When a battery temperature rises over an onset temperature of the thermal protective film, it undergoes a crosslinking reaction to inhibit thermal runaway. A method for fabricating the lithium ion battery is also provided.

Method for modifying cathode material and lithium battery employing the cathode material

An anode protector of a lithium-ion battery and a method for fabricating the same are provided. A passivation protector () is formed on a surface of an anode () in advance by film deposition, such as atomic layer deposition (ALD). The passivation protector () is composed of a metal oxide having three dimensional structures, such as columnar structures. Accordingly, the present invention is provided with effective protection of the anode electrode structure and maintenance of battery cycle life under high-temperature operation.

Anode protector of lithium-ion battery and method for fabricating the same

A lithium battery and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The lithium battery includes an anode, a cathode located opposite to the anode, a separator and an electrolyte solution. The separator is located between the anode and the cathode, wherein the anode, the cathode and the separator commonly define a containing region. The electrolyte solution is located in the containing region, and includes an organic solvent, a lithium salt and an additive. The additive includes a maleimide-based compound and a hydroxyl-containing species having a molecular weight less than 1000, and a content of the hydroxyl-containing species in the electrolyte solution ranges between 0.05 wt % and 5 wt %. The lithium battery and the fabrication method thereof can solve problems of water contained in the battery, and an environment with high dryness and low moisture content is unnecessary for fabrication, thereby reducing the production cost and enhancing the battery performance.

Lithium battery and method for fabricating the same

Disclosed is a positive electrode applied in lithium battery and method for manufacturing the same. First, a lithium alloy oxide layer is formed on a substrate. Subsequently, an additional high density and low energy plasma treatment is processed, such that the lithium alloy oxide layer has a top surface composed of uniform, dense, and inter-necked nano grains, and the in-side/bottom grains of the oxide layer remain unchanged. According to experiments, the positive electrode with such properties has higher capacity and longer cycle lifetime, thereby improving the lithium battery performance.
