A fixed-focus projection lens module used for projecting an image beam provided by a light valve onto a screen is provided. The fixed-focus projection lens module includes a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens, a fifth lens, a sixth lens, a seventh lens and a light-transmitting element arranged in sequence from a screen side to a display side along an optical axis. The fixed-focus projection lens module satisfies: 1<|OAL/BFL|<2.1, and OAL is a distance from the screen side surface of the first lens to the display side surface of the seventh lens on the optical axis, BFL is a distance from the screen side surface of the light-transmitting element to a display surface of the light valve on the optical axis.

Fixed-focus projection lens module

A head-mounted display including an image generator, a projection lens, and a waveguide is provided. The image generator is configured to provide an image beam. The projection lens is disposed on a path of the image beam. The projection lens has an image side and an object side. The image generator is configured at the image side. The projection lens includes a first lens element and a lens element group. The lens element group is disposed between the image generator and the first lens element. A first central axis of the first lens element and a second central axis of the lens element group are not overlapped. The waveguide is disposed on the path of the image beam and located at the object side of the projection lens.

Head-mounted display

An optical lens and a head-mounted display device are provided. The optical lens includes a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, and a fourth lens sequentially arranged from a light exit side to a light incident side. Refractive powers of the first lens, the second lens, the third lens and the fourth lens are sequentially positive, negative, positive and positive. An image generator is disposed at the light incident side. The optical lens is configured to receive an image beam provided by the image generator. The image beam forms a stop at the light exit side. The stop has the minimum cross-sectional area of beam convergence of the image beam. The optical lens and the head-mounted display device of the disclosure have advantages of smaller size, light weight, large viewing angle and high resolution.

Optical lens and head-mounted display device

An optical lens is provided. The optical lens includes a first lens element to a fifth lens element sequentially arranged from a light incident side to a light exit side. An image generation device is disposed at the light incident side, and the optical lens is configured to receive an image beam provided by the image generation device. The image beam forms a stop at the light exit side. The stop has a minimum cross-sectional area of beam shrinkage of the image beam. The optical lens provided by the invention exhibits good optical quality and thermal stability.

Optical lens

A projection lens includes a first lens group, a second lens group and an aperture stop. The first lens group is disposed between a reduced side and a magnified side. The second lens is disposed between the first lens group and the magnified side. The second lens group has a light incident surface, a reflective surface and a light emitting surface, the light incident surface faces the first lens group, the light emitting surface faces a projection surface, the light incident surface, the light emitting surface and the first lens group are disposed at a single side of the reflective surface, and at least one of the light incident surface, the reflective surface and the light emitting surface is a freeform surface. The aperture stop is disposed between the first lens group and the second lens group. Moreover, a projection apparatus including the projection lens is also provided.

Projection lens and projection apparatus

A light homogenizing element includes a light incident surface and at least one diffusion surface, including: a first substrate, a carrier layer, a piezoelectric film, a driving electrode, a light-transmitting layer, and multiple light diffusion microstructures. The first substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The carrier layer is located on the first surface of the first substrate and includes a light passing region penetrating the carrier layer, and includes a protruding structure enclosing the light passing region. The light-transmitting layer is provided overlapping on the protruding structure, and the surface of the light-transmitting layer covering the light passing region is the light incident surface. The multiple light diffusion microstructures are provided on the at least one diffusion surface, and projections of the multiple light diffusion microstructures on the light-transmitting layer are located in the light passing region.

Light homogenizing element

A head-mounted display device including a projection device and an optical waveguide is provided. The projection device has an optical pupil located on a second surface of the optical waveguide, and includes a light source, a first MEMS mirror element, a second MEMS mirror element, and a relay optical element group. The relay optical element group has a first axis equivalent focal length corresponding to a first parallel light beam and has a second axis equivalent focal length corresponding to a second parallel light beam. The first parallel light beam and the second parallel light beam travel along an optical axis of the relay optical element group, and a value of the first axis equivalent focal length is different from a value of the second axis equivalent focal length. The head-mounted display device may provide good image quality and a large field of view.

Head-mounted display device

The disclosure provides a display unit and a projection device. The display unit includes a first display panel having first light emitting elements configured to provide a first color light, a wavelength conversion element located on a transmission path of the first color light and having a conversion region and a non-conversion region, a second display panel having second light emitting elements configured to provide a second color light, and a light combining element. A quantum dot conversion material is disposed on the conversion region. Part of the first color light is converted into a third color light after passing through the conversion region, and another part of the first color light passes through the non-conversion region. The light combining element is located on transmission paths of the first color light, the second color light and the third color light and is configured to form an image beam.

Display unit including display panels, wavelength conversion element, and light combining element and projection device

An optical lens and a head-mounted display device including the optical lens are provided. The optical lens includes a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens, and a fifth lens sequentially arranged from a light exit side to a light incident side. An image generator is disposed at the light incident side. The optical lens is configured to receive an image light beam provided by the image generator. A stop is formed at the light exit side of the image light beam. At the stop, the image light beam has a minimum light beam cross-sectional area. The technical solution of the invention may be used to shorten an overall length of the optical lens, so as to reduce an appearance volume of the display.

Optical lens and head-mounted display device including five lenses of +&#x2212;&#x2212;++ refractive powers

An imaging system, including a light valve and a projection lens, is provided. The projection lens has a reduction side and a magnification side, and includes a lens group and a convex mirror. The light valve is configured on the reduction side. The projection lens is configured to image the beam from the light valve on a projection surface, and the projection surface is configured on the magnification side. There is an included angle between the projection surface and a light receiving surface. The lens group is configured on an optical path between the magnification side and the reduction side, and includes first to seventh lens elements sequentially arranged from the magnification side to the reduction side. The refractive powers of the first to seventh lens elements are respectively negative, negative, positive, positive, negative, positive, and positive. The convex mirror is configured on an optical path between the lens group and the magnification side. A projection device, including the imaging system, is also provided.

Imaging system and projection device having off axis reflective element

A display apparatus includes a display device and an optical element. The display device is configured to project an image beam to a first diaphragm. The optical element is disposed on the transmission path of the image beam. The optical element includes a second diaphragm, the second diaphragm is located on one side of the first diaphragm, and the first diaphragm is located between the second diaphragm and the display device. The area of the second diaphragm approximates the area of the first diaphragm. The image beam passes through the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm and is projected to a projection target.

Display apparatus

A near-eye display apparatus is configured to be disposed in front of at least one eye of a user and includes an illumination system, a display device, and a micro-lens array. The illumination system is configured to provide an illumination beam including sub-illumination beams. The display device is located on a transmission path of the illumination beam. The sub-illumination beams form corresponding sub-illumination regions on the display device, and the display device is configured to convert the sub-illumination beams irradiating the display device and corresponding to the sub-illumination regions into sub-image beams. An exit angle of each sub-image beam emitted from the display device is less than or equal to 20 degrees. The near-eye display apparatus provided herein is capable of eliminating stray light and characterized by good quality.

Near-eye display apparatus

A head-mounted display apparatus including a light source module, an optical adjustment element, a display module and a lens element is provided. The light source module provides an illumination beam. The optical adjustment element and the display module are disposed on a transmission path of the illumination beam, and the display module is configured to convert the illumination beam into an image beam. The optical adjustment element is located between the light source module and the display module. The lens element is disposed on a transmission path of the image beam, wherein a transmission direction of the maximum light-emitting intensity of the illumination beam transmitted from the light source module to the optical adjustment element is different to a transmission direction of the maximum light-emitting intensity of the illumination beam transmitted from the optical adjustment element to the display module.

Head-mounted display apparatus with optical adjustment element

A display device includes a light source, a light-directing element, a reflective display element, and a microlens array. The light-directing element is disposed on the transmission path of a lighting beam provided by the light source for projecting the lighting beam toward the first direction. The reflective display element includes a plurality of micro-image units, wherein each micro-image unit converts the lighting beam projected from the light-directing element into an sub-image beam and reflects the sub-image beam. The microlens array is disposed on the transmission path of the sub-image beams, wherein the light-directing element is located between the microlens array and the reflective display element. The microlens array includes a plurality of microlenses. Each sub-image beam pass throughs the light-directing element and is projected to an aperture by the corresponding microlens, and the sub-image beams pass through the aperture to form an image beam.

Display device

An optical element configured to allow an image beam passing through is provided. The optical element includes a first and a second birefringent layer and a gas layer between the first and the second birefringent layer. An extension direction of the gas layer is inclined with respect to an extension direction of the optical element, wherein the image beam passes through the first birefringent layer, the gas layer and the second birefringent layer in sequence. A first and a second sub image beam having different deflection angles are generated from the image beam when the image beam enters the gas layer. After the first and the second sub image beam are emitted from the second birefringent layer, a transmission path of the first and the second sub image beam are offset from each other by an offset distance, thereby improving resolution of an image to be viewed.
