A cooling apparatus that includes a base plate configured to dissipate heat and including a heat exchange unit, and a cover member coupled to the base plate and at least partially enclosing the heat exchange unit. The cover member and the base plate define a heat exchange chamber that includes the heat exchange unit. The cover member defines a first opening and a second opening, and at least one of the first and second openings are above the heat exchange unit. The cooling apparatus further includes a flow guidance plate disposed on the cover member and a housing disposed on the flow guidance plate.

Cooling apparatus for electronic components

A fan includes a metal plate, multiple cylindrical coils, a frame and an impeller. Multiple teeth annularly arranged and connected with each other are formed on the metal plate. Each cylindrical coil is arranged between adjacent teeth, and each end of the cylindrical coil is arranged toward corresponding tooth. The frame is arranged on a surface of the metal plate and extended along an edge of the metal plate. A flow channel and an air outlet connected to the flow channel are formed by the frame. The impeller is arranged in the flow channel. A stator structure of the fan is simplified by forming the teeth on the metal plate.

Manufacturing method of fan

A cooling device includes a frame including a base portion and a barrel portion connected to the base portion, a fan assembly including a hub and a plurality of fan blades connected to the hub, the fan assembly rotatably coupled to the frame via at least one bearing positioned between the barrel part and the hub, a driving assembly disposed on the frame, and a decorative plate having a marking and a column coupled thereto and extending therefrom. The decorative plate is coupled to the base portion using the column and is stationary with respect to the fan assembly. The cooling device further includes a light assembly disposed on the driving assembly and emitting light that illuminates the marking.

Cooling device

The disclosure provides a mount bracket which is configured for a fan. The mount bracket includes a button plate, a frame and a plurality of vibration-absorbing components. The button plate is mounted with a motor mount. The frame surrounds the button plate, and the frame has an inner lateral surface and an outer lateral surface. A plurality of fixing structures protrude from the outer lateral surface of the frame. The inner lateral surface of the frame and an outer lateral surface of the button plate form an annular gap therebetween. The vibration-absorbing components are spaced apart from each other and located in the annular gap, and the vibration-absorbing components are located between and connected to the outer lateral surface of the button plate and the inner lateral surface of the frame.

Mount bracket

A fan has a fan housing and an impeller mounted in the fan housing. The fan housing has a main case, and a foamed metal plate securely mounted in an air inlet aperture of the main case. Hot air inhaled into the main case is forced to flow through pores in the foamed metal plate. Thus, heat in the hot air is conducted to the foamed metal plate and then to the main case. The heat in the hot air is dissipated to reduce temperature of the hot air in advance. Accordingly, heat dissipation efficiency of the fan is improved. Since the foamed metal plate hinders flow of the hot air, the hot air flowing into the main case is reduced. Therefore, air pressure and flowing speed of the hot air flowing into the main case is reduced, such that noise made by the fan is also reduced.

An impeller for used in a fluid pump device includes a shaft controlled to revolve in a first direction; an impeller body coupled to the shaft and driven by the revolving shaft to rotate, the impeller body having a top surface, a bottom surface and a circumferential surface; a first set of fluid-guiding members disposed on the top surface of the impeller body for driving a fluid to flow along a centrifugal direction of the revolving shaft; and a second set of fluid-guiding members disposed on the circumferential surface of the impeller body. Each or at least one of the second set of fluid-guiding members has a titling structure for driving the fluid to flow from the top to the bottom of the impeller along a designated path on the circumferential surface.

Impeller structure with improved rotation stability

A modular fan blade includes a first fan blade and a second fan blade. The first fan blade includes a hub and plural first vanes, and the hub has an external periphery, and the first vane is combined with the external periphery, and a flange is formed at the external periphery and a retaining space is formed on a surface of the flange; and the second fan blade includes a fan frame and plural second vanes, and the fan frame is installed at the flange of the hub, sheathed on the hub, and installed in the retaining space, so as to achieve the effects of increasing the wind output of the fan effectively and replacing the blades conveniently.

Fan, motor stator structure thereof, and manufacturing method thereof

An axial air-gap motor stator and a fan thereof includes a motor stator. The motor stator includes multiple metal substrates stacked together. Each metal substrate has a port and multiple pole teeth disposed around the port. The two adjacent pole teeth on each metal substrate are disposed with a magnetic pole and the number of the pole teeth of each metal substrate is a natural number twice the number of the magnetic poles of each metal substrate. The magnetic poles of the metal substrates are arranged in a staggered manner. This avoids the problems of interference of magnetic poles and prevents the magnetic field from being affected.

Axial air-gap motor stator and fan having the same

A shaftless fan structure having an axial air slit includes: a base, including a bottom plate connected with a fasten post; a rotor set, including a impeller sleeved on the fasten post and a magnetic member, wherein the impeller is formed with a bottom surface oppositely arranged with respect to the bottom plate, and the magnetic member is disposed on the bottom surface; a rolling bearing, fastened between the fasten post and the rotor set; and a stator set, disposed on the bottom plate and including a magnetic inducing portion oppositely arranged with respect to the magnetic member, wherein an axial air slit is formed between the magnetic inducing portion and the magnetic member. Accordingly, an objective of being shaftless is achieved, and the total height can be reduced through altering the arrangement of the magnetic member and the stator set.

A slim-type fan structure includes a stator () and a fan blade (). The stator includes a circuit board () and a plurality of layout circuits () disposed to circumference the circuit board (). The stator () includes an axial center () at a center portion thereof. The fan blade () includes a blade wheel (), an axial sleeve () at a center of the blade wheel () and extended axially therefrom, a plurality of blades () formed to circumference an outer of the blade wheel (), and a magnetic unit () disposed on the blade wheel (). Also, the axial sleeve () is pivotally attached to the axial center (). Accordingly, the magnetic unit () is formed by a plurality of N and S pole areas (), () arranged alternatively in circular rows and corresponding to the layout circuits () along a vertical direction for the slim design.
