A lubricating device with heating function is provided with a heat conduction member between the lubricating device and the movable member, the heat conduction member absorbs the heat generated by the motion of movable member and transmits the heat to the oil tank, so as to reduce the viscosity of the lubrication stored in the oil tank, and consequently, the heated and reduced-in-viscosity lubrication can easily be absorbed by the oil guiding member by capillary action. When the movable member stops moving, the temperature of the lubrication returns to normal and no capillary action will occur, therefore, the lubricating device is capable of controlling start and stop of the action of lubrication transmission by itself without using any other control device, and thus preventing lubrication leakage.

A linear transmission assembly having a lubricant recovery module is composed of a movable member having a chamber; a first oil wick inserted into the movable member and the chamber and having a first oil-absorbable portion and a first oil-dischargeable portion; an oil tank mounted to the movable member and having an oil room for storage of lubricating oil; a second oil wick mounted to the oil tank and having a second oil-absorbable portion and a second oil-dischargeable portion, the former of which extends into the oil room for contact with the lubricating oil and the latter of which reaches the chamber; and a third oil wick having a third oil-absorbable portion and a third oil-dischargeable portion, the former of which reaches the chamber and the latter of which does not contact the lubricating oil. Thus, the lubricating can be prevented from overspill and staining the linear transmission device.

A screw and nut assembly includes a movable platform, a first screw and nut set with the first screw rod affixed between two locating members and the first screw nut pivotally mounted in the movable platform, a second screw and nut set with the second screw nut pivotally mounted in the movable platform, a driving mechanism for driving first screw nut and the second screw nut simultaneously for causing the first screw nut to create a first speed and the second screw nut to create a second speed slower than and reversed to the first speed, and a first support and a second support respectively affixed to the second screw rod to support and to move with the second screw rod. Thus, the gap between the movable platform and each support is changed subject to movement of the screw nuts.

A lubrication monitoring system for monitoring the lubricative state of two relatively movable elements of a linear transmission device includes a contact resistance capturing device and a processing unit. The contact resistance capturing device for detecting the contact resistance between the two elements and converting it into a corresponding value. A maximum delay time and a threshold value are preset in the processing unit. A period of time during which the linear transmission device starts to run and then the corresponding value reaches the threshold value defines a delay time. If the specific value of the delay time to the maximum delay time is larger than or equal to a predetermined specific one, it will be judged that the lubrication needs resupply. Therefore, monitoring the lubricative state as the linear transmission device is accelerated can get correct lubricative state to enable correct lubrication resupply.
